3It's frustrating to be told one thing on the phone in the morning and another thing in the afternoon. I was trying to place an order for bread to pick it up the next day, because that's what the lady told me in the morning. I spoke in the afternoon leaving work to place my order and the lady in the afternoon told me: No, we cannot accept your order over the phone. If I'm calling to place an order it's because I'm going to need the bread. If you can't order by phone, then tell all your staff the same thing, not that they tell you one thing in the morning and another in the afternoon. That's playing games and not good customer service.
I bought a 3 leches cake and it looked good, but it needs to be added fruit inside like other places do.ask for other options and they don't have them.
The $6.50 Capirotada was very disappointing, it used to amazing now its a flavorless joke!
