Had lunch here and it was delicious. Portions are big and the salsas are fire. Highly recommend it.

Great food! Got a custom California Burrito. Plus got rice, beans and guacamole for the weekend! Very tasty!

The only place that is open on Christmas and employees are friendly. Their pinto beans and rice are legit, on the savory side. Chicken is for the sake of the name, being the main dish.

I picked up my food but not much sitting area to eat. Food is expensive but really good. I visit this store once a week.

Visited this location this afternoon and I wasn't satisfied with the overall customer service. I'm not going to put the employees name out there because my ultimate goal is for unbiased, welcoming, and professional service to all customers. This was a phone-in pick up order. The company representative wasn't friendly, welcoming, nor inviting. She maintained no eye contact; however, she did manage to struggle out a few patronizing smiles only when I maintained eye contact with her in order to ascertain where she was going with this poor customer service. She didn't inform me the utensils was in the lobby area which caused me another trip inside. To say the least I didn't leave this establishment with a welcoming, inviting, or professional feeling. I gave the food an average rating because, although; it was very palatable to the stomach the experience didn't come full circle. I regret leaving a tip; however, I've become conditioned to do so. Need to recalibrate my thinking on this. Now.the interior/exterior of this location was well kempt.

Got the California Burrito with chicken it was good, also tried the 5 rolled chicken tacos with carne asada on top was also good.

The chicken was bomb! The only problem I had. I was sitting facing the sun and it was Hitting me right in the face and the girl at the cash register wouldn't let anyone close the blinds even after asking a number of times. She told me the sun was going down soon, DUH! It still didn't make it any better so eventually I had to move from where I was sitting.

It was ok food was not that good, people where not that nice was really hot in side wouldn't go back.

Fantastic Mexican food that is worth the trip. The burritos are giant and tend to give big portions for every dish. Be prepared to have a to-go box. The inside of the restaurant is terrific. They are decorated with Mexican artwork. The food is wonderful and reminds me of food back home.

Stopped by for the first time after hearing great things about their California burrito. Was definitely pleased with the experience. Cashiers were very friendly and pleasant. We beat the dinner rush but the lines were very long when we were eating. The cooks were hustling and getting the food out very quickly. We got our food in about 15 mins which consisted of 2 California burritos. The carne asada is the typical carne you get at most Mexican restaurants so nothing crazy there. Tons of guac and sour cream that were tasty. They were a little light on the fries which was slightly disappointing but not a deal breaker. The salsa bar they have available was good as well. The green and orangish salsas were the better ones. Would have to say that the quality of the burrito is better than 90% of California burritos out there. Total came out to $28 for 2 Cali burritos. They also do not accept contactless forms of payment. Will definitely be back to try other items and will recommend to friends and family.

If I wanted a taco salad I would've made that at home! Horrible presentation, its like a salad on top of rolled tacos, with a HINT of sour cream, and HINT of cheese. I could've gotten better rolled tacos, AND CHEAPER at Humbertos! Will stick to burritos from now on.also, cashier (Naida) seems to not have any type of customer service, serious face and attitude. Not even a smile.seen better days at EPG.

This is a great place if you are hungry for chicken or carne asada! I've been coming here for years, and I'll be going back again. The food is great, and the staff are friendly. Thanks, El Pollo Grill for all my hunger needs!

We retired to Mesa AZ.
Hard to find or even compare the food.

Best family meal deals! They serve large portions so it's more bang for your buck. Their flame broiled chicken is moist and flavorful, and even the picky eaters in my family love it.

I just learned about this place a year ago and now go out of my way to eat there. The pollo asado is juicy and flavorful, and all of their salsas are great. Their burritos are massive, yet still taste delicious.

El Pollo Grill in Bonita has been a long time favorite restaurant of mine. The staff members are all very kind and the food is delicious. They also have online ordering so I can easily have it delivered to my home.

The Flame Broiled Chicken Family meals at El Pollo Grill have saved me so much money and time. I like to order this for my family on those days when I am just too tired to cook. My kids love it and there is always plenty for everyone.

I ordered two chicken salads which I had no idea that el pollo grill has different menus at different locations. Bonita location salads are horrible! It was like a tray of trash. Over priced shredded lettuce that you would see on top of rolled tacos, dark meat chicken, guacamole and sour cream. So disappointing!

I tried the Steak Fajitas Plate at El Pollo Grill and it was super tasty! I am already craving more of it. I will be visiting El Pollo Grill again very soon.
