El Pollo Loco, Livermore CA

We placed our order, we paid.when we got our food, I was furious that we went up there expecting fresh grilled chicken, instead we Got almost burned old chicken! Unbelievable!

Should employees at a fast-food chain be this awesome? Well, they are. And I don't think it's going to change any time soon.

I only go for the chicken nachos, which is a light but delicious meal. Just order extra guac and cheese sauce! The salsa bar is still very good, offering enough options for everyone! At this Livermore location, the staff is friendly but fast.

Yesterday was the first time we went to this restaurant. But It is definitely not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the excellent service, with the great meal and booze and with the friendly payment. We will definitely go back there soon.

Changed management a few weeks ago. No different, tables not cleaned. Out of mild sauce at 5: 30 and was told they did not have any to refill it and left empty container there Music very loud.

There was plastic in our quesadilla.
An employee (I would assume) on break sitting in the dining room with his shoes/feet on the seat blasting a video on his phone. Salsa bar filthy and empty. Over all bad experience.

It's hard to maintain consistency in such a large restaurant company. I just get so disappointed when I like something and then it's not always like that. Chicken was good, cilantro at the salsa bar was rotting. Lemon's were awash in slimy juice and everything was just in array. Front door was filthy.

This location is the best el pollo loco I have ever tasted.clean and employees are too kind highly recommended

It is okay. It's not exactly Mexican like an Baja Fresh however the chicken is okay. The interior is modern and fresh and clean.

Great food, had to pull to the side and ended up having to go into the restaurant to get my food.

Thank you Ashley for great customer service and for your patience as I figured out my order! I can always count on El Pollo Loco for a good meal for my family. My kids LOVE the corn and churros (and chicken). I like the stuffed quesadilla and husband likes the chicken nachos and tostada bowls. Great App that gets you deals and rewards.

Very good food but very awful service. A very simple order and I waited forever. I'm not sure if I will go back.

I order an iced tea. I was so thirsty I took a big gulp only to spit it out, it was chicken broth! I think it was done on purpose. Your telling me they filled the ice tea container with chicken broth! Chicken is dry as a bone as well! No thanks!

We came to get a late dinner (7pm). I placed an order through drive thru and I waited for 20 minutes and during those 20 minutes no one came to tell us the status of our order. After a long wait we finally got our order and it was incomplete, unfortunately I noticed too late until we got home and of course I didn't want to waste time going back. The chances of returning are very low!

Its always a great experience when I visit El Pollo Loco.my son Justin White works there! He's the handsome tall cute one with blue eyes and amazing smile! Oh yeah.their churros are off the hook also!

Great people at this location! Good food! Love rotisserie chicken! Had not been in a while, it was as good as I remember.

Never been here before and I'll go back. Food was pretty good and it came out in a timely manner.

Usually order the double chicken tostada bowl. Their reward app is very useful, we used a birthday reward this night

The food is pretty good but they don't work very efficiently. It seems to take a lot longer than necessary to get an order. I watched my chicken sit there while waiting for sides.it took a while.
