Super duper dirty! All the tables were dirty, trash everywhere, trash cans were super full, bathroom was full of papers on the ground. Parking lot needed cleaning. I wonder how the kitchen was? !? !? !? !?
The service was fine. Except my chicken quesadilla was left out of the order. Second trip was made.
Always use the drive through. I ordered online at 2: 02 pm, app told me to pick up at 2: 07 pm, didn't get my food until 2: 32 pm
Was skeptical after reading the reviews about the place being nasty and dirty. It wasn’t the cleanest at all but it wasn’t as bad as it read. (To me at least) I do pick up and eat in my own bed in my comfort so maybe that’s why. Anyways the food is delicious, hot and cheap. Walking distance for me and they open early, close late. Nothing to complain about
Bad customer service.and good tastes old.chicken too dry even when you ask for juicy, they serve it dry, we bought a family meal and we ask lady for salsas and utensils and she gave us 1 set of pork and spoon.
I bought a combo of 14 piece's and I only got 10 piece's. I called about 5 times with no response. Overall a bad service.
Poor service and forgetful cashiers. This location had no fountain drinks and no coleslaw. That's like totally unacceptable. They offered me water. Only to find none in my bag.just the lid and a straw to a drink i really needed because its really hot outside plus the staff makes the avocado salsa too spicey. I almost choked on my tortilla which was supposed to be flower. Got corn. Lastly, i don't recommend the cauliflower side dish, dry dry dry. Bye Bye
Can’t believe that this restaurant has an A. Pollo loco food is delicious but this restaurant SHOULD get it together. Tables are dirty, trash cans are super full and it has not been swept and mopped, super dirty and sticky. It’s a shame.
Delivery man didn't speak English and put on app it was delivered before it was delivered. The had no gravy, the salad had no ranch, my burrito was made completely way wrong not to how I ordered it.
Wow! I have no words to describe my experience. All the tables were not clean or clean floors. It seem as they recycle the glass bottles in which they were just there on top of different tables. The kitchen floors awful. Honestly, as I waited for my order I thought a mice was going to run by. What happened to provide a clean dinning environment.

Very bad service. The person taking my order was very rude. We arrive at the drive through and they tell us they don't have any chicken. I asked her how long the wait would be and she said she didn't know. To come back in an hour. This is not the first time this happens and for what ever reason. Its getting worst.
