12My experience here was just not pleasant as they just didn’t seem prepared to begin with. I came in for a nice loco lunch box for my lunch break and I go in and there’s already a line which wasn’t too bad until I realized there was short staff. Everything was just unorganized with there being one worker for cashier and finalizing orders. I go up to order and I was already told there were only black beans so I had to change my lunch option and ended up with the salad so then I get the salad and they had no lime cilantro sauce either so I couldn’t even enjoy that. Then I started to eat the salad and noticed some chicken pieces burned and the avocado barely ripe so it wasn’t even the soft taste as usual. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience but I feel as long as they get more staff or even just prepare more then it can be better.
Something is off with the food chicken taste off rice is overcooked they seem to always not have the cilantro dressing where last time I was here they said that at the drive through and we didn’t receive our drink and when I went inside to get my drink a worker was handing someone the dressing they really need to get their stuff together there is always issues here this one should just close down
This place was very unprofessional, I ordered a pollo bowl. And the rice was not cooked correctly, the chicken was burnt badly. The workers took so long to make the food. There were flies everywhere, there tables were dirty. The workers looked very unprofessional and they couldn’t even use a cash register.
This location isn't too bad food is good but some of the items on the menu were either sold out or they didn't have part of what was being offered. Example they were out of beans for my pollo bowl so had to double up on rice and i understand sometimes it happens especially on sunday around 7pm. Over all im still giving this a 4 out of 5 because the guy johnathan was very polite and friendly and i know its not his fault ^-^ thank you for the great service
They really need to improve everything in this Place!
Fountain Drinks taste Bad.
The meal preparation taste kind of OK. But they need to work hard on the everything
Twice in a row this last week I've ordered the double chicken avocado fit bowl and the quality is terrible recently. Today in particular I received burnt chicken pieces instead of the yummy diced chicken this is usually served with. Not sure whats changed this last week but the quality has been down right poor this last week.
This has tonbe the worst managed Pollo loco ever. 2 times in 1 week, I came to order through drive thru, and they ran out of chicken, then I was stuck in the drive thru line for 10 minutes just trying to get out. Smh.
Not a good place to eat

Missing staff to serve the dishes
Did not have tostada's shells
Or to make burritos.
No spoons, napkins,
And dine in area too dirty.
Very bad serving food disgusting I ordered rice and they gave me a little bit and then the race wasn’t even cook right and the Pollo disgusting
I have ordered from this location before and I had no issues. Unfortunately in the past few months the service is terrible. On one instance they had no chicken, this time I went for something simple and I got the wrong order. I told Cassandra that my order was wrong and she said I had agreed to it and that what I order originally was not available anyways. Cassandra has no customer skills what so ever. She completely dismissed me and returned to her duties. Am not a difficult customer because I know how it feels to work with difficult customers in this instance she didn't want to deal with me so she ignored me. Am a paying customer am not getting for free nor I want it for free. But Cassandra shouldn't be working with customers if she doesn't want to help the customer right.
Very disappointed in the service at this location [slauson and Atlantic]. I waited in line at the drive thru for over 35 minutes. Drove in around 8: 40pm. Finally around 9: 15pm we thought our order was going to be taken and they said "We are closed! " Three cars ahead of us were also not able to order and about 5 cars behind us! Hours say they closed at 10pm. No one bothered to go outside and announce it!
