El Pollo Loco, Burbank CA

Was advised to order at the kiosk. The lady next to me had hers freeze, causing a delay in help for mine, which didn't want to work either. It was so close to the guy next to me who ordered at the register that our elbows were touching. So much for privacy. The good took a while, but it was good as always. I'll order at the register next time.

First of all, it indicates that it is a drive-through and it is not. Waited 15 minutes before my order was filled. I got the stuffed quesadilla and it was cold and soggy in the middle. Usually it’s served with two sauces which were missing and when I asked for them I was given attitude. I also ordered a vegetarian enchilada (rice beans cheese) and it was filled with chicken and I was charged for extra avocado, which I was never given. They called my number and I stepped to the front with my receipt, and was aggressively asked my number- when I confirmed it was the number she called out for some reason she rolled her eyes and threw shade at me. Weird. I was back in the car and we didn’t realize how cold my quesadilla was or that the rice bean cheese enchillada was actually filled with chicken and so inedible for the vegetarian. Waste of money.

This location is one of best one I been to, and all thanks to Veronica always on top of things, I had an issue with my order with no hesitation she fixed right away, I just wanted to say thank you for treating me right, god bless

The food was really good. Got three of the avocado tacos and some side of the house salsa. Only con was the location was dirtier than I expected but for 11: 30 at night a lack of staff most likely accounted for this.

Currently the best El Pollo loco that I have been to as of late. Always have condiments stocked and have good customer service.

I’ll be honest, I never eat fast food. Especially after the pandemic, having a couple of god awful experiences at certain big chains. Anyway, came into this El Pollo Loco to grab a chicken bowl. Despite how busy and short staffed they were, I was greeted with nothing but smiles and friendly atmosphere. All the employees were nice. Most importantly, my food tasted fresh and good. Thanks!

Under staffed. Poor customer service. Buyer beware. Cancelled online order and they still charged my debt card. Very poor communication. El Pollo Loco put profits before customer service. My heart goes out there their employees.

Staffing issues are making this place have long wait times not good. Still one of the worst places to go eat.wait time 45 minutes. I've called trying to talk to the manager and nothing just rings and rings. Ive went to the store to personally talk to her manager and guess what. Never there.

Had an amazing experience today at El Pollo Loco.during my lunch time was unsure what to have when i saw pollo loco and decided omg that sounds great! As i entered the door i was greeted by a lady named Blanca she smiled and said welcome to el pollo loco, that actually made me smile to know that i felt like a person being acknowledge.ordering the food was nice and smooth and guess what? ! I didn't have to wait too long to receive my delicious food. Thank you Ms. Blanca and el pollo loco team for such an amazing experience! Will be back soon for sure!

This is the closest Pollo loco to my work. I really like Pollo loco but this one is really slow and they've messed up my order many times. I still go back but I choose other places for them because of their inefficiencies

Stopped by today on way to LA taking the 5. Excellent service, even some lady Blanca was patient with me and my boys. Got my order right & and didn’t rush us.
