El Pollo Loco, Oceanside CA

I've always enjoyed El Pollo until I found hair in my food. Employees should wear gloves and a hairnet.

Not too busy, service is somewhat quick, parking, in front of building, is somewhat big yet a little cramped. They forgot my flour tortillas with my $20 8 pc.feast meal. Overall I would come back.

Im liking the flowers, its a nice detail. The Loco salad was good. The Quesadilla was ok, i should have more chicken. They have good customer service. And speedy service to thats a plus plus

Bad experience. I order a chicken burrito and it was all open, nasty, bad service. I well never go back & I don't recommend this place to anyone, the people that work there don't care at all!

So this was the worst experience! Website says ALL El Pollo Loco restaurants except EBT, NOT TRUE/ FALSE ADVERTISING! What a humiliating episode. The clerk at the window made me feel like trash while running around asking everyone what to do. So now I have all the employees looking at me like I'm a serial chicken theif! After feeling singled out I just paid the 25.00 and went on my way.
And wouldn't you know it, my order was wrong! I to may give corporate a call. So unacceptable.

Did not get my receipt, ordered an 8 PC family feast didn't get family size salad or churros!

The quality of our chicken order from this location several days ago was very poor. The chicken pieces were not ony very small, but taste wasn't good and they were dried out.
I seems that the food quality from this location has been getting worse for the last several months and that is sad because we used to frequent Pollo Loco frequently. We will re-think our choice of restaurants in the future and hope that your management will address this growing problem.

El Pollo Loco has yet to disappoint me. My friend and I had the chicken burrito. Very tasty! We ate in and the kitchen and dining area was very clean. My friend used the bathroom, she was impressed on how clean it was.

Every.single.time.i come here it’s nothing but extremely rude individuals.maybe it’s time for y’all to fire and hire because i’d be truly embarrassed if i had employees with attitudes like this?

Other locations had bad chicken. This Oceanside one is the best one in the area.also very fast drive thru.

The Best Fast Food around, and its better for you overall. I've indulged at E P L since they started in Santa Ana, CA. I've never been disappointed and no regrets.

Ordered the family deal (12 pcs.) Great value for my family of 5. Salsa was spicy and tasty. Very fast service. Clean dining room, and very appealing decor. Drive-thru available at this very accessible and convenient location. Would certainly recommend to diners looking for an established restaurant chain.

Food is always good… if they remember all your items. I’ve had a few issues with this location. They have forgotten my salad dressing several times. The problem is that with to go orders they seal the bag making it difficult to check your items without destroying the bag. They have also forgotten items a few times.

I’ve complained twice to corporate. I get an email from them saying they want to make it up to me. Then I ask how and I get no response. Don’t pretend like you care by sending an email with no follow up.

I eat here several times a month so it’s not like I don’t give them a lot of business. I get mistakes happen but in customer service you need to make it up to the customer or you’ll lose them for life. If the owner sees this, how about you respond to the two emails that were already sent to you? My name is the same in the email…

I dined inside my local El Pollo Loco Restaurant. I placed my order with the cashier Jim he was very personable and friendly to me. I ordered the (3) Grilled Chicken Carbon Soft Tacos, one order of Tortilla Chips with (3) Spicy Red Salsas, (2) Cinnamon and Sugar Churros, and one regular size Sprite Soft Drink. My order total bill was $27.00.
My Order Number was called by one of their employees and I picked up my order at the front counter 15 minutes later. My food was prepared and cooked very quickly.
Then I brought my (4) items on a tray and walked over to a booth and sat down to get ready to eat my food for my dinner time.

This El Pollo Loco Restaurant was very busy that evening with a lot of customers ordering Mexican food from their menu Board.

First I took small bites of one of the Grilled Carbon Soft Taco this is filled with really delicious chunks of tender grilled Chicken meat and other ingredients I mentioned before in my review. I enjoyed eating these (3) Grilled Chicken Carbon Tacos. These tacos was also very delicious and very healthy with fresh ingredients.

Then I ate these lightly salted Tortilla Chips with one of these spicy Red Salsas. The combination of the Tortilla Chips and the Spicy Red Salsa was very tasty. Then I was drinking my refreshing Sprite Soft Drink. This Sprite Soft Drink has Lemon and Lime flavors. It’s one of my favorite soft drinks besides Coke.

For my dessert I ate one of the warm Cinnamon and Sugar Churros. This Churro was very delicious.
I was very FULL and satisfied with all the food items I ordered and ate for my dinner time that evening

I received excellent customer service from Jim. All the employees was wearing their face masks the whole time and also wearing gloves.
The tables were sanitized and I saw a woman employee wiping down every table before she allowed me and their other customers to sit down and eat our food items. I highly recommend this El Pollo Loco Restaurant.
