El Pollo Loco, Lancaster CA

The customer service i experienced today was awesome! I oreded a very popular item off the menu but honestly forgot the name. I ordered the wrong item. The ladies (Crystal & Gaylin) were so nice and took my order and fixed it right on the spot. These women were trained right. I appreciate the time they took to help me! Thank you again!

Loved everything about El Pollo Loco. This location has some very sweet and kind cashiers working the cash registers and if they do make a mistake, they correct it immediately. I was handed my take out bag once and just as I walked out the door. The cashier came out right after holding a side that was not put into my bag. She apologized and I have a lot of respect for that. I could've gone all the way home and then realized it but she came out to give me my missing side. Good food and great customer service. And BTW that mistake only happened once! And that was roughly 6 months ago as of this posting!

Aeromatic seasoned rotisserie chicken that is crispy outside and tender inside. They used to have 1/2 and whole chicken but now its by pieces only. Still delicious. The sweet churro desert tops the meal off perfectly. Great for families.

Plenty of parking in the plaza that can accommodate large vans and SUVs. No outdoor seating. Plenty of tables indoor.

El Pollo Loco is Top 5 all time for me, and this location is my favorite in the AV. Not that it’s perfect every time but I’ve had the best experience overall here. The rancho vista Blvd location has disappointed me too many times. If your in the area, valley central way location is worth the extra few miles for Eli pollo loco die hards.

El Homie productions back at it again. It's not how many times you fall down little crazy chicken, it's how many Loco times you had to get back up Pollo.

This was my first visit to an El Pollo Loco. I've heard good things about the food here but I was disappointed. I ordered the Double Chicken Avocado Bowl and it was very liquidy (bean juice from a can I would think) the chicken was very hard and burnt, and there wasn't even a quarter of an avocado on it. My soda was also flat.: (

Cashier decided to give a me a senior discount a few years before my time.but hey! A dollar off helps.not complaining. Chips and guac are yummy

This is by far the worst el pollo i have ever went to.the food is never hot, the last time i went i ordered birria tacos, the beef in tacos was mushy tacos were cold.i wont be back i just went there because its close to my house the one on 10th st west is better. And the workers are nicer

I absolutely love their Mac & cheese, loaded with so much cheese. Not a fan of the Cole slaw but the chicken is very good.

Imma keep it. I'm Mexican and El Pollo Loco is not. Lol. Rice, awful. Beans, awful. Pollo, no good. Lol. I don't recommend. Sorry

Actually this El Pollo Loco is more my choice when I'm looking to go to a boil local they're friendly their food is fresh and when I'm in the Drive-Thru they take my order there listening and if I have any questions they're likely to answer them with a great attitude which is very important in today's society

Went through drive through they are pretty damn fast every time I go. Love that and I loooove their churros Best I have ever had. Chicken is really good, just wish they were bigger pieces or had more meat on them.

The cashier Miguel was extremely respectful, courteous, and professional. We need more employees like him.
The young man who presented my food, Marco, was extremely professional, respectful, and friendly. We need more people like him too.

Tried the chicken salad. Vegetables were ok, chicken was a little over done and I had an allergic reaction to the cilantro.

We tried the specials. Baja Shrimp and Barria tacos. They were very good, although the Shrimp tacos were a bit spicy hot.

I've been going to this El pollo loco since I've lived here and honestly in the last year they've just got cheap and lazy. They don't even give you enough sauce for your salad. Also each time you ask for an extra one they always have an attitude. Needs better management and workers. Will not be going to this one anymore.

Normally EPL is great.this store served horrible food. Ordered an Avocado burrito simple enough when I bit into it something crunchy was was in the burrito the taste was simply NASTY. Couldn't even finish. Had to go to Carl's Junior and eat a burger to get that taste out of my mouth. On the bright side cleanest restrooms on hwy 14 in Lancaster.

Normally I never have any issues here and the food is always good, as was today. My issue aside from being given a flat soda and not realizing it till I was home, was the guy who was working inside at the counter around 3: 30pm today. I had come out of the drive thru and had to go in to get the right type or sauce for the tortillas, and he wasn't friendly at all. He acted "annoyed" because I had to ask him for some salsa. He couldn't even say anything after I was polite and said "thank you".
