El Pollo Loco, La Cañada Flintridge CA

I waited 15 minutes for somebody take my order. When they took my order they were out of legs and thighs.
Somebody from corporate needs to train the staff correctly in customer service and speed of service. This is not the 1st time this happens, the other time we went and they were out of chicken. I'm not sure how this chickem place runs out of their main supply, chicken. Looks like one of the guys was new and a lady came out to yell at him. That is not ok.

A young man offered me a good heathy salad for my lunch today i was very pleased with his service. I wish i could have remembered his name but thanks

Super fast service and plenty of parking thanks to being in the lot with the UA Theater and a few other businesses. This isn't the closest EPL from my house but I prefer driving a little further to avoid parking battles.

Came to eat with my family. My parents were very happy with the quality of food they got. Cashier in the front was very helpful

The driver left my order out in the cold without knocking or ringing the doorbell so now my food is cold this is ridiculous!

The double chicken salad without the tortilla bowl is light and tasty. The creamy cilantro dressing tastes like cotija cheese, it's delish!

Filthy dining room! Always good food BUT.after suggesting that evvvvery table be wiped of left over food, the worker came out and simply pushed the food onto the floor. Disgusting! But the staff was very nice.

Bathroom was terrible and the food took like 25 mins worst pollo loco I've ever been to

The food is normally good but they ALWAYS forget something in your order. Somehow I let this happen to me 4 times. Definitely check your bag thoroughly before leaving.

Ordered a double chicken bowl and was given scraps of hard chicken. The rice and beans were good!

Ordered the Original Pollo Bowl combo and the bowl was barely half full. I was still hungry afterwards.

The drive thru has the longest wait times. Ordered taquitos with avocado salsa. The salsa was basically green water with no flavor. Didn't taste the salsa before pouring it all over my taquitos because I thought it was what I asked for. It was like drenching taquitos with water.: (

Where do i start? I love El Pollo Loco but since this location opened I always seem to have a problem. This location is so dirty and some of the employees are not presentable when serving food. I went three 3 times this week and each time they said they were out of chicken.what chicken restaurant runs out of chicken? I always seem to be missing items out of my order and I'm not the only one. 5 cars drove up last week missing items. We all love El Pollo Loco but this location needs to get it together.

I went through the drive through feeling really hungry. It was late at night. They gave me the left over scraps of chicken. They were hard and in eatable. The WORST El Pollo loco that I have ever been to!

Parking was not an issue. The restaurant was very clean and I was met by friendly and helpful staff.

The food was very good, I ordered the avocado burrito and it was made to my expectations.

I will definitely be returning to try other menu items.:)

The food is consistent and good. The service.not so much. Well, the service is consistent in that the employees don't like greeting or even acknowledging customers. It seems they are just there to work, and expecting anything more would be too much. I go back for the food, though and that is all.

It’s nice and clean. One of the newer spots. And I like that it’s under a bridge. Good for some shade.

Very Very SLOW! The young lady was overwhelmed and manager didn't help. Won't go there anymore!
