El Pollo Loco, San Jose CA

Should be better tellers to assist the guests, most of them looks upset. Because the customers pay their money for food orders, not want to get for free food.

The yummy Yummy chicken so fresh salsas every day making fresh and now they are accepting ebt card that's awesome everyone can buy those delicious pollo loco

Food is great, located in a well situated area where visibility is not an issue. Small businesses shopping center has a ride Aid, liquor store and a latin supermarket. Starbucks, donuts. And few other stores.

The food is as delicious as it could be and that's because it's made fresh, over the fire. Can't get better than that. The service is good and yes they are busy. Good atmosphere as well.

There food was delicious like always and I recommend you guys to come and try it out super delicious

Missing 2 items in my order: Flour tortillas (for pazole, which i dont recommend) and 2 churros.
I go there for their double chicken avocado salad.

Really good for a higher class fast food place. Love the kac and cheese which is better than the KFC version. Salsa is fresh and tasty, and you can get good deals through the app. I don't recommend using curbside service pickup though, 2 out of 3 times I have tried it, they never took it out to me after a 20 minute wait, and I had to go inside to pick up the order still lying on the counter, after which of course the food was cold. Better to go inside to order or use the drive thru, delivery, or self-pickup, for which service has always been good.

Very tasty grilled chicken though kinda dry I have to eat here once a month. The mashed potatoes and salad are great. Prices are good too.

We like this restaurant for their healthy chicken choices that are not fried and their value meals. I like the chicken combos, tacos and burritos. The chicken soup is very, very good. I also like the sides they offer like salad, beans, etc. The dining room and bathroom are very clean. They should add coke zero to the soda fountain choices or go to with Pepsi products.

I order a chicken avocado burrito combo and 2 pieces of chicken leg when going in the drive thru in the evening, got charged for everything mentioned and didnt get my burrito, (check your bags before leaving), not sure if going there again

The place was nice, it was the employees there that were very rude especially Brisa. I was in restroom and she just kept calling my number in the intercom very sarcastically it was so embarrassing, when I got out I told the manager I was in the restroom and there was no need for all that childish game. Brisa was playing and I didn't appreciate that she had to sarcastically call my number over and over acting so silly while so busy in there and then I asked for one 2 piece meal and one 3 piece meal and in total we only got 3 pieces of chicken so we were missing 2 pieces of chicken and 2 sides, no napkins no forks or spoons. It was bad all around. My husband said we work so hard and payed for all this only for you to get embarrassed and not have a full order. He was so mad. We are not returning. To the manager and supervisor there teach your employees respect and be mature. There is one saying what you let happen is what you are leading by example so please do better for the young employees so that customers can continue to go there peacefully to order and eat there. This is my most favorite El pollo Loco. This one has better chicken that’s the other El pollo’s. My phone not problem is it is very busy. Last time it took me 15 minutes for someone to show at the order counter, then another 45 minutes to get my order. So be ready to wait.
Lately they have been very stingy with the salsa’s.
