It depends.sometimes it good and fresh.couple of times not so much. I do love their tostada salad. I drive through and take it home.

Haven't been here in years and thought I'd give it a try. My daughter and I ordered salads. Asked for no corn and got corn. The tomatoes in the salsa/salad were rancid and old. The salad was not edible because the rancid tomato juice got on everything. We went through drive thru because we were in a rush. We both got stomach aches with the little we ate, which was just a few bites.

I had an issue with my drink but it was taken Mgr. Of by the cashier without us having to wait for a mgr. Good customer service.

They're open until ten but said at 09: 25pm that they decided to close ten minutes ago. Guess when a kid wants to go home.

Food was really dissapointing, i understand it is chain, and i cant ask for super high quality, but really, the chicken was so tinny and dry, the mac and cheese was okaish on the bitter side, but the wuacamole was too acidic, we ate everything really fast and leave, the thing is, you literally have a popeye's next door and i've been there before, and it is good. I wanted to give it a chance to pollo loco, but i dont think i will ever try it again:/

I ordered a tinga burrito and they are waaay smaller at this location than the other pollo locos around town. I paid $10 for a small version of a tinga burrito

Absolutely horrific! Ordering took more than five minutes since I was unable to get multiple direct questions answered. I got a lot of we don't have that in a combo. When I wanted a certain taco with a combo style. I asked to put it in a combo and charge the difference, but was met with we can't do that. When asked how many tacos in a combo I was met with we can't do a combo with the tacos you want. I asked a simple question, in the combo you do have for tacos, how many tacos in that combo. I was finally answered three, which I then ordered. When I finally did place my order, the tacos were slimy, the root beer tasted like the bag needed changing and worst of all when brought to the attention of the store, they said they just changed the bag and there was nothing to be done.sorry. It was absolutely disgusting and when I left a message for corporate a week ago detailing the specifics of this visit with the store number, time, date and my name and number to return. I've heard crickets. Apparently, this happens often, so often they can't return a complaint call.

Do yourself a favor and get the tostada. The shrimp tostada is amazing. One of the best I tried. There's nothing loco about the chicken though.

We had placed a mobile order once we got our confirmation that our food was done we headed over. Upon arrival our food wasn’t even ready than the employee behind the counter had the audacity to ask if we still wanted our order that we had paid for. As we waited we noticed the person cooking the chicken putting on used gloves and handling raw chicken, multiple surfaces in the kitchen area, then handling already cooked chicken! Definitely need some food handling training! The only helpful person was Nick who stood up to help better the situation. Thank you Nick!

I usually come here to grab a quick lunch. My favorite is the Avocado salad, it's delicious!

Food really dry, I have to wait 25 minutes on the drive-through Just for a 2 pieces meal They are so slow all the time, they don't have a good customer service. You guys need to improve!

They were painfully slow, and closed 2 hours early. They said they are out of everything. They didn't know what I ordered at the speaker so I had to tell them my order again because they lost my order. The person at the window didn't know how to use the order screen. I was in line waiting from 7: 55pm and didn't get my food until 8: 33pm and there were only 3 cars in front of me when I arrived. After arriving home, found out the chicken skin was burnt and the chicken was overcooked. I ordered two 2-piece meals, but one was a 3-piece meal. They also didn’t give us and utensils or napkins.
