El Pollo Loco reviews
16 First time eating here. I have to say the food was pretty good. Better than I expected. Everything tasted really good, especially the grilled chicken it was delicious. Great prices for the family meal too!
The only negative I have is that the chicken was pretty dry.
Cant rate a 0. Hours posted for 9pm, they were cosing up over an hour and 20 mins early, wouldn't make any new food. Very awesome custmer service if you ask me. Used to LOVE El Pollo Loco.not so much anymore. Things have drastically changed since I moved back to SoCal
We waited long in the drive thru, we received the driest chicken ever it was like chicken jerky, there was no gravy for the mashed potatoes and they forgot the tortillas.
Hair in beans, the chicken was old and dry, customer service was that of a truck stop, I called customer service over and over, the customer care team are even worse! I never received a call, it's been 3 months and nothing, avoid this place. There are other new same style chicken places popping up and worth your money. Will never eat at Pollo Loco again.
I’m gonna do a1 star. Service is bad, they start cleaning 40 minutes before closing and only got chicken to serve and nothing else. The guy who took my order didn’t give me the corn tortillas or utensils. I get it it’s almost closing time but they gotta do a bit better. The guy always seems lost. How difficult is it to keep extra food ready before closing. Guessing they leave on the dot at 2100. Plus corn or flour tortillas aren’t even fully heated up. I was going to work so I was like screw it.
Service with a smile and they had good food. The employees they had working there had good customer service and were very pleasant.
I ordered 3 burritos and a salad and the salad was bigger then all three burritos. Didn't have much chicken to begin with and then we found small cockroachs in the bathroom.
I’m a fan of their chicken bowls. This was my first time at this location. Typical El Pollo environment. The young lady who waited on me could use a little polish on her customer service methods and act friendly.
I loved it. It was so good I love The orchata so good. MMMM I can't ever say no to pollo loco (writen by my then 10 year old lol I can't delete this gold)
Not up to par to other El Pollo Locos I've been to. The chicken was too dried out. The mac& cheese was soupy. I asked for corn tortillas and got flour (they were nice and soft and warm though). The coleslaw was too mayonaisey with no vinegary tang at all. The bathrooms were nice and clean and the restaurant was clean but the food was "D" quality.
They offer mexican style Birria but.i'm from Mexico.so it is a little bit difficult. Maybe the lack of ingredients.
The "caldo" is very small and thick, more like "atole", but flavour was ok. And the quesabirria was ok, but the taste is like barbacoa. It was interesting but still taking Chipotle. Anyway is cool to see mexican style.
Dining room was closed for whatever reason and drive thru service was poor but food came fast though it was $22 for just 2 items a quesadilla and a salad no drink no side they probably charged me for sauce food sucked so did the salsa
SUCKS, new steak tacos I don’t know how many times they fried the shell’s before I came to order, not hot, so hard that they actually fell apart and the dunking sauce tasted like watered down enchilada sauce, no flavor whatsoever! The chicken isn’t flavorful either, maybe it’s just the store on Main St. So very disappointed!
This is the worst pollo loco, I have gone too. Hopefully, y’all check the reviews before coming here. Rice is hard and chicken is awful. We asked for it twice and the manager was rude the whole time. Photo is the second one we asked for. It’s still awful
I got charged for the food and said they hadn't charged anything and I didn't receive my food. The 2 older women working there were very rude and to this day I am trying to get refunded.
