Best El Pollo Loco in the area! Service is always great and the chicken always fresh. I drive out of the way passing 2 other locations (poor service from these 2 in the past) specifically to make it to this location!

It really saddens me to have to report such friendly service being subpar in order satisfaction. Twice in a row now, I asked to add sour cream to my burrito, and they didn't do it. Not only that, but I ordered a Diet Coke and they gave me a regular. AND I ordered the combo and they didn't give me any chips. AND I asked for creamy cilantro dressing and they gave me green salsa instead.

I really don't understand what is so challenging about paying attention to what the customer is ordering and then fulfilling that order-especially such a simple one. I really don't get what is so difficult about remembering to add sour cream.

I'm tired of getting home and seeing my order messed up. I know we all make mistakes, but these are repeated and sloppy mistakes. And it breaks my heart because, again, they are such friendly people working that drive-thru.

If i can give zero stars i would of last time with no lies i was in pollo loco waiting for one 3 p combo n waited for 45 min thats insane and unbelievable but it true they have nasty dirty kitchen and lobby they really need to do something about this they have no good employees they don’t care for their restaurant i work at canes you should check it out above n beyond but nasty nasty everything about it is nasty iven employess

I couldn't even order, the wait time was excruciating. I was waiting for so long that I decided to buy lees sandwiches Next door. It shouldn't take that long to take my order. Atleast no longer than 15 minutes!

2nd time eating out at this location, twice purchased a "chicken" burrito and I got nothing but rice and beans.

Waited 10 minutes at the register to order without even being acknowledged by anyone before leaving.

Didn't get her name but a young women shooed away my mom and I while sitting in the drive thru after failing to give us 2 item we ordered which were not in the bag. The rude part was she and her fellow coworker who took the payment avoided coming back to the window to solve the problem. We were ignored until a young man can to attend our needs. They need to retrain both of those staff members.

Average spot but come during slow hours. Tend to push you out the drive thru even if your order is small, you'll leave without something.

Fast food rarely motivates me to write a review, but I got the best, freshest food and really friendly and kind service at this location on 3/20/22, at noon.
