I went yesterday to this location to get my dinner, there was a manager and she was very cordial and very nice customer service, the food was good and this place looks very clean.
Customer service was amazing, very patient. Food was fresh as always. Will definitely come back to this location.
So glad to be returning to this location after covid. No the salsa bar isn't open yet but the service team will make things right to make up for it! And if you are fortunate enough to have Saul working your order, things will go better than you can imagine! Everything was perfect, he looked for ways to bundle my unique order to save some $$ AND let me know about specials I wasn't aware they even had. Awesome job guys and awesome service Saul!

I have been to many El Pollo Locos, never have I had a chicken breast served that was cut in half and half no skin as part of a two piece meal. The breast barely had more meat than the wing it was served with. The person who dropped it off said, "It's a breast". Finally the manager replaced it after arguing with the server. First experience at this location and it will be my last.
El Pollo Loco is generally my first choice for fast food. This location is poorly run and had a weird smell. If the staff had been even a little friendly then maybe I would give the service 2 stars. Because it's a chain, I'll try a different location next time.
I ordered the stuffed quesadillas and churros. Cold. Cheese wasn’t melted. The churro wasn’t very fresh either compared to other El Pollo Locos I’ve been to. Hope they get their act together.
My experience here was amazing! Everyone was so nice and the restaurant always looks clean! I have seen though that it’s been slow as of lately I wonder why. No matter, customer service is top notch, appearance of food is very presentable, and always working as a team. Love this place “ See you soon! ”
