A Man and young lady helped and very polite and helpful! They even recommended a Summer deal witch was cheaper and better.

The lady who took my order was rude and she got so irritated with me because she got my order wrong 2 times, then I asked why they charged me for dressing when it comes with the salad. I almost said you know what here's your food just give me back my money but I had my kids and we had been running around all day and was behind on dinner time but I would of done just that had it not been for my kids. I was so upset I couldn't eat.

Great service from the young lady Paisley who always serves me through the drive thru, I would definitely recommend!

Never fail to mess up my order. Salad with no dressing and no salsas. Why even ask if u want salsa if they’re not gonna give it to you?

Worst customer service ever! Manager or shift lead not sure what she was needs to get better training, i worked fast food as a shift lead and she was unacceptable! My family will no longer dine here!

Worst el pollo loco ever. Customer service is horrible. Employees don't care. Used to be good, but training is needed. Employees are rude!

I spoke to someone that answered the phone today 6-12-23 and she was very nice and helpful. I need to add more to my DoorDash order and she helped me get that together. I truly appreciate her.

El Pollo loco's always consistent it's a fast food restaurant but they do a good job with it always tasting the same everywhere you go I always get the taco salad

Place is a joke the last few times I've ordered for pick up or crubside I've waited over 30 min and still messed up the order don't think I'll be coming back to this location

This place has really gone downhill. The chicken was blah, kinda tasteless. Left no yummy smell in the car on the way home. I got a double shredded beef tostada. Had hardly anything in it including lettuce! Was enough meat and lettuce to make a taco. Avocado was a good helping. Maybe 1/4 cup of rice and beans each. How can you be so cheesy with the lettuce. There's supposed to be a nice bed of lettuce in the shell topped with meat, avocado and sour cream. Guess we'll have to try another Pollo. Last 2 times we went there were worse than bad. I'd be embarrassed to serve someone a meal like that.

I ordered juicy chicken and received dry, old and hard chicken. When i explained the situation to the manager she stated that the chicken was juicy. A blind person can tell when chicken is dry. She explained to me that it will take 15 minutes to get juicy chicken I said sure. 5 minutes later the cashier brought back the same chicken. If I could give this restaurant a 0 I would. The manager really doesn't care about providing fresh food to her customers. I will tell everyone I know not too go this el Pollo loco. I will be contacting the main branch as well.

Always seems to be hit or miss. A lot of the time my burritos are not super warm and cilantro dressing is a different color than normal.

First time ever to El Pollo Loco and will be the last.got 4 piece 2 sides and total garbage. Chicken was Dryer then a 80 year old hooked and the 2 sides should have just ordered side 1 dirt side 2 ashtry.even told girl at speaker 1 time customer be gental.nope got full garbage can.thanks El Pollo loco

A place I love to eat at, food is always good, service is quick, I love the way the chicken is cooked over the fire, but why the pieces so much smaller than before covid? Very odd

This El Pollo loco is far better than the one on 18 the food is not overcooked the chicken is still tender and moist the staff is always been and they'r salsa's and sauces are good
