9Crazy chicken is one of my favorites but this chicken was terrible, it seems that they reheated it because it was very dry and hard.
I loved trying their new street corn salad, they can make them in a bigger size, that would be great but great…!

Two stories to tell. El polo on Grand Ave is friendly, helpful and efficient. El polo on Arrow Hwy in San Dimas is HORRIBLE cashier had to be told 4 times someone was a the window. Avoid the San Dimas location at all cost.
I did a quick drive through after work. Loved the BRC burrito but would really enjoy having more non-meaty choices on the menu.
It has been months since I last visited my local Pollo Loco. The wait time, staff friendliness, and the food quality has improved. My wife and I used the coupon for a chicken meal for 2. It was a very good meal. We will be returning soon.
Has to be bad management. Several times I have ordered for my family at the drive through only to be told (after waiting in the line forever) we aren out of tacos. There is a better El Pollo Loco on Arrow Hwy that is fast and great.
Food was good. I do suggest counting/checking orders.
We had a rather large drove-thru order. One item was missing. We had to go back inside to get the missing item.
I just went to order through the drive thru to order the guy that charge me was so disrespectful I was asking for sauce he was closing the drive thru window so hard. I ask was your name he said I don't need to give you my name. He didn't have a name tag. I call the manager she said he had special disabilities. I mean if he is going to treat all the customers like that they would end up empty. I mean I am paying for my food and that's how they get a pay check they should treat the customers with respect. They lost a customer. I would never come back here again.
