El Pollo Loco, Fontana CA

El Pollo Loco never disappoints me for lunch. Great food, fresh and filling enough to keep me going the rest of the day without feeling sluggish. This place was clean, service was quick and good.

Always consistent. The double chicken avocado salad is always satisfying as well as healthy. The chicken tinga burrito is always great.

The food is always good, but make sure to check your order before you leave. Often missing items or inaccurately bagged. Service can be really slow at peak times.

ALWAYS EASY TO ORDER AND LOVED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN DELIVERING THE ORDERS, FAST AND EASY. FRESH TACO SALADS, LOVED THEM. EXCELLENT FOOD.

Their food is bomb but MOST like 98% of your employees are garbage. So rude, unprofessional, seriously lacking basic manners. I dread going to this location every time because of your employees.

Chix was dry.beans used to be served in cups, now they put them on plates.salsa bar is closed.had to ask for several 1 oz cups of their salsa fresca.overall, el pollo loco food is not what is used to be.

Comfortable and clean, which you don't get a lot in a fast food restaurant. Even the restroom was nice. It's been awhile since I've been to an El Pollo Loco and the food was much better than I remember. Delicious. Plus, the woman who took my order was polite and friendly. Good job!

They didn't have my food ready on time. But I guess it was kind of busy. Food taste good. But if you are in a hurry is not a good option.

Got reminded again today why I never visit this store even though I live 5 minutes away.
Sat in a long line at the drive thru for like 10 minutes and it didn’t move at all. Ended up leaving. They don’t seem very interested in making money so I’m not interested in spending it there.

I went in the other day during my lunch and was offered the new birria tacos. Everything came out so great and the staff was super fast and friendly!

Went in for lunch with my sister and daughter! Order their Quesa Birria and Consome and it was really good. Great customer service. Super friendly staff! I also love love their Double chicken tostada very well served. Will recommend them!

Ordered online, got to the restaurant and was told they didn't have any of the food we ordered. We asked them to cancel the online order or refund the money paid and they said no, only the district manager could do that. They took my information and said the manager would call the next day when they were in. Never received a call back nor did I get my money back. Tried calling and could not get transferred to the manager or get their name from the staff.
I will never go back to this location and may boycott the company.

This EPL is always dirty. We had to walk around to find a clean table. In the hour we sat there nobody went around to clean the dining area. The seats were sticky.

Today 4/29/2023 at 5: 55pm Worst customer service I have experience in years. My wife and I went to grab something to eat. We waited in front of the register and no one took her order. My wife was staying there for her over 6 minutes.just to place an order.at the end a ladies was going to take our order, but we walked out at the time of our visit. Their was only 2 customers dining in and1 was waiting to pick up his food now I realize why your establishment had few customers because of lack of service. I will not be visiting this establishment ever again.
