El Pollo Loco, Sacramento CA

Wanted to use my birthday reward and accidentally clicked on it before reaching the establishment. It wouldn't come back up once I arrived to order. They were able resolve my issue and retrieve in my acct history. Great customer service and good food.

The customer service is not good at all. Evening time girl/ lady very rude with customers, they provide the bad and old stuff of food, I suggest you please don’t go and don’t order online food from there, thank you.
THE NESTY PLACE I EVER SEEN ‘ El pollo Loco

The staff was kind of rude. It's fast food, the work and people are tough at times so I gave a pass. There was a person doing work in dirty clothes with dirty hands talking to the staff at the drive-through window. The staff were clean with gloves but it was off-putting for such a dirty person to be in close proximity to food prep. My food was kinda pushed at me, but as I waited for drinks, I was asked/told you got all your food. I said yes, just waiting for my drinks. She said oh and walked away then another person came after a minute or so to fill my drink order.

They don’t even deserve one star, but i have to give them there is no option, the girl who take orders she is very rude and disrespectful. She always laughs on others. I suggest to owner change her work or kick her out. They don’t use gloves when they packing the food thats very unhygienic.

The reception lady should have to work as a toilet cleaner, she don’t deserve that job, she is very rude, and disrespectful, she don’t know how to deal with customers,

Their drive up was blocked off, so we had to go inside to place our order. Food is always tasty.

I ordered a pick up catering order, then called back to add some extras. They did great and everything was delicious. A big hit with my office.

Update: 6/22/23 Well, I will probably stop this option for awhile.last time I did an on-line order for pick up and used the drive thru, I got scolded because pick up is walk-in only. Okay. Tonight I walked in and was treated so rudely when I opened my order to check it. I paid for extras to replace something I didn't want.and got such a puny helping of food. The bowl was barely over 1/2 full, the chicken was over cooked and dry.

Update-ordered 8 piece meal, ordered large rice but I was given mac & cheese. Had to throw it away

Love this location! Never disappoints!

Today I had the original Pollo bowl, due to dietary restrictions I left out beans and rice and added lettuce. OMG.it was DELICIOUS!

Cheese sauce in nachos was very watery and chips were all soggy. Horrible. No wonder its been 3 years since I ordered here. I'm done with this disgusting place.

To me, their chicken has a great taste. However, it's quite dry. This has been the case at All of the locations I've been to. Make it juicer, and I'll give you that 5th Star.

Rewards program suck bad really no happy how was the employee handled the situation I hope a manager can contact me.for the moment they deserve a two starts for poor handled rewards and customer service food is good not problems.

First time try El Pollo Loco, chicken tasted good, salad just ok, the cashier got scary face.

Didn't even complete my order. The service was substandard. Her eyes had all the attitude for her. I had to turn around and walk out before I reached over the counter to demonstrate respect. Never again will I go to this El Pollo Loco
