14Did a online order, it didn’t let me do asap it told me they needed more time to prepare my food. I selected to give them 30 mins more so pick up 45 minutes later. Picked up took home and opened my food, burn and dry chicken. I called several times to complain and of course no answer.
Never fails this location always disappoints, ordered a DOUBLE CHICKEN SALAD barley put anything never fails drive an extra mile for another one not worth it
This place needs better employees and management asap! And needs to be cleaned up it's very dirty and the food not so good here in this location service is awful they don't clean tables they don't pay attention they are rude as well.
I did not rate atmospheres because I drove thru which was a little slow but food was very good.
The worst food in the world with no flavor and the donkeys don't put meat on them, just rice and beans. I had to tell them if they were vegetarians or what. I do not recommend the Crazy Chicken at all
We decided to dine in and 4 staff at front but none of them even bothered to say anything and treated you you weren't there. Even the actual manager was there ignoring me and my wife.after standing there for close to 5 minutes we decided to leave and go somewhere else to eat.
I ordered an Avocado quesadilla and the cheese was not melted, was cold and pieces of chicken burnt, it was full of cabbage and almost nothing of Avocado.
Later I called to the manager and she ask me to take the quesadilla back, that was my last time buying in this pollo loco.
Honestly, it had been many years since I had gone to el pollo loco, today I ordered soup and a salad, both delicious, quite lumbering and healthy food. I THINK I WILL COME BACK MORE OFTEN
Baught a original bowl it's one my favorites but not at this location. Gve me a spoonful of chicken and wouldn't let me buy extra sauce. Would've took a pic but I mixed it up digging for chiken
Food was good but the manager was counting a register and I was the only one at the counter. Nobody helped me for about 12 minutes. Service is not that good and they were all joking around while I waited. I wish they had a camera of my experience. This way they can see their poor service.
The guacamole was incredibly watered down, it blows my mind, pinch penny's elsewhere leave the guacamole alone, they get it in pre-made gallons so I know management tells employees to water it down.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY TERRIBLE STAFF THERE IS AN OLD COUNTRY WHO WORKS TODAY IN THE AFTERNOON SHE THINKS THE OWNER DOES NOT PUT WHAT YOU ORDER. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THAT THEY DON'T HAVE SOME DRESSINGS AND A POOR CHICKEN ON THE TOAST.
Ordered 25 dollars worth of food and they gave me one dressing said they were running low, but that’s every Time! Don’t go here
Forever out of something you order a big meal and they tell you they can only give you one sauce because their about to run out like what
