9Ordered the new “Double chicken chopped salad” and really loved it. It might look similar to the fit menu salad but taste is different and much better. Spinach is added and also a chicken lime seasoning on top which changes everything! Also tried the tortilla soup which flavor is great but just a very few pieces of chicken. Anyway, Good job here. Server Holly very nice!
Poor lighting at night, doesn't feel too safe. Funny and cordial staffing but the food lacked.
The Highland & Kendall location are clean and the food service is awesome. Fresh Food every time!
Not my normal location as I live in LA but I was visiting my parents so I decided to grab some food before going up the hill. Miguel was my cashier and he was so friendly and helpful. I was so impressed by his service that I promised him I would write him a review. Great staff at this location!

Very comfortable and clean place, its employees are attentive and helpful, the only thing that the chicken lacks is a little more flavor
Well, that place is my favorite, but ooo my toast came out a little bad, the vegetables, a little sad and wise, but for the other ones, it's better
I give El Pollo loco one star their food just not taste the same anymore the creamy cilantro has a different color they charge you for extra things that you used to get for free and yeah their food does not taste good anymore
Always has been a family favorite! It’s tradition at this point and the food is always amazing.
