The truth is, it wasn't what I expected I drove 45 minutes to get to the supreme chicken to try that delicious chicken that I thought it was, but the truth is it's nothing different from my food that I prepare, only they charge very expensive to sell it The service is bad, because first of all the women were just talking about their personal things, the place is very small and the tables are very crowded and there is not much space to put the chairs well for a family of 5 people everything is very small.the truth was that it was not a good experience and of course we will NOT be returning.thank you for your services.

This place is very popular and for good reason. I had the Fish and Chix which came with two pieces of chicken, a large piece of fish (with malt vinegar and sauce), fresh hot fries, and hot tortillas. My partner had the four piece chicken combo with rice and beans, which also came with tortillas. Everything was delicious and the portions were huge. We also split a flan which was the best flan I have ever eaten. Definitely coming back!

Very good chicken the flavor and the accompaniments are very good. I recommend trying it at least once. 10/10

Saturday and Sunday the chicken is fresh but between weeks as it is reheated chicken they should improve that

When I went to the cashier I asked for some chicken and I asked them for some fresh chicken and when I got my food the chicken was drier than Arizona I was disappointed they could do so much better

The chicken is tasty but the staff has no manners or ways to serve the customer yesterday July 2 at 4: 30 I called to place my order and I asked what combo it was for 10 people and he answered me right now we don't have time to give you that information, do you have to come here to place your order we are very busy and I was surprised at your customer service now July 3 at 6pm I called again perhaps someone else was answering me to be able to place my order and they told me again that in a bad way that right now no They are taking orders by phone to go directly to buy. My question is, then, why do they have a telephone line for the supreme chicken? If they are not going to take orders, because the workers have no education and do not know how to deal with the client.

I've ordered food from here many times pre pandemic no issues. Ordered food here to go on Saturday (6/10/23) and my family experienced the worst case of food poisoning ever not sure I'll ever go back hopefully it was a one off but don't think I'll take the risk again.

It's my first time visiting the place, and despite the dubious look I decided to give it a try. Customer service needs to improvise, the cashier was a bit rude and not very good at suggesting menu options. The food leaves a lot to be desired. Fries were double reheated giving it a burnt look, salad was bland. No joke and no fun! The tostones were extremely dry, they should have a sauce to go with them. And the chicken, I don't have much to say, but there are other, much better places.

Could remodel and the service could use costumer service they need to be more professional and greet people

My family was in this restaurant yesterday Friday 02/06/2023. The atmosphere in this restaurant is very unpleasant. Customer service is very lacking. The Chicken was not served raw and the tostones were burned.

There was not a long wait. I was able to place my order in a reasonable amount of time. I had to wait longer than I should have to get my food because it was sitting on the counter for a while and all the young lady's ignored it. I had to say something to get my order. Food was great. Brings back memories when my aunt use to bring it to us when she worked in the city.

I've been going here literally my whole life and it never disappoints. I live in Sacramento and will drive out here just for them! Obsessed

This place use to be a Pioneer Chicken back in the day. However the new owners have made it a Mexican chicken and fish spot and it does not disappoint. The fish tacos are tasty and crunchy. The fish and chips is a sleeper hit! It will satisfy and you will want to come back for more. The Caldo de Pollo is loaded w flavor and chicken. And don’t forget to try the fried banana and flan.

I have been going here for several years. I used to go to the previous location before they moved. My kids love their chicken and that's very important when you have picky eaters like I do.

I bought a combo and I can't complain, two people ate and there was still food left.the food was very tasty. For me as a Nicaraguan I loved the gallo pinto

Incredible chicken and food all around. Dark meat and mojo garlic sauce are the best. Macaroni salad, black beans, yucca fries and sweet plantains are all fabulous. A life-time fan of the fried zucchini.
