Great apartments with friendly management that care about their tenants and the community.

El sereno was my home for a year everything was perfect the first 3 months then everything went down hill. First, my husbands truck for broken into, then my car was broken into, car plates were stolen and lastly vehicle was stolen. All that management was able to say was, sorry there is nothing we can do call the police. We had to pay double what we paid for rent just to leave due to my family and I feeling unsafe there. I do not recommend living here!

Completed my first year living here. Gotta say I'm so happy with this place!

Community is kept clean. There's an Amazon locker here. Neighbors are kind, and those who have pets are responsible and pick up after their pets. The area is surprisingly quite! Pool, laundry room, and bbq grill are nice. Parking is great.

The unit itself is a bit dated, but for the price compared to previous renting experiences, I am content. Would not be thrilled to pay more.

Location is great. Within 5 mile radius are grocery stores, Claremont village, 2 freeways (10fwy / 210fwy) restaurants, and gas stations.

MOST IMPORTANTLY - management is genuinely great. Responsive, courtesy, and carry a sense of urgency.

Honestly, cannot say enough good things here. It's a relief to find a place with this many positives.

Poorly insulated units old '70s aluminum window frames needs major upgrade for the price they are charging is outrageous gets hotter inside the units with the AC on than it is outside they do allow dogs and it seems like everyone there has one

Love it here. First off, the management team is awesome. Rene, Shawna & Amaureen we’re so helpful in getting us into our apartment and making sure things went smoothly and quickly. They are very friendly, professional and efficient! The maintenance staff is also very kind & quick to service when needed. The facilities are always kept well & clean. The property is beautiful and close to Claremont Village, Baldy, the freeways, and metro. Parking is ample including the parking outside the apartment as well. The gates and the amazon hub lockers keep it safe here which is a nice change compared to other apartments! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking in the area. This one is a gem:)

Nice place liked that it was pet friendly plus the outdoor cooking area they provide and the pool make it that much nicer especially in the summer

Nice apartments. However, they are priced out of my budget. Beautifully landscaped, well maintained grounds, and good management. A great place to live, IF you can afford $2000 per month plus utilities for a 1 br. Apartment. I certainly cannot afford the price.

Lived there for two years. As my family grew it was time for us to find a bigger place. Definitely suggested if your on a budget, & have a pet.

I lived there a few years ago. Good luck If the management hasn't been changed because those people will rip you off and deduct part of your security deposit no matter what, even if they have to lie. Shame!

Well since I been here it been out of control especially if your young and black.its been weird because I come from the gutter but this is beyond that.
