Had to wait 45 minutes at The meat department with only one person helping. Mind you there was other workers in the back and they would not come to help the one person trying to help 20 people. Tried having a manager paged but was told; “ no one listens to me if I ask for a manager”

Security guy is rude and disrespectful I was walking with my 2 year old daughter and he decided to honk the horn of the thing that pushes the cart and scares my daughter and when we where about to pay he was playing with a ball and tossed it up in the air and he jump almost falling on my daughter and just laughed not even a sorry. Like why is he even there anyways if he's on he's on his phone or just talking most of the time

You kidding me? I’ve told you guys before like 4 times… every time I come there’s expired food.can’t even get cereal… it’s been expired for 3 months? That’s craaaazzyy. You guys don’t do nothing around here, I can tell. I gave you guys soo many chances even with the expired stuff I bought and told you Numerous of times. I think ima have to stop coming here, I shouldn’t have to be stressing look at the expiration dates the day I’m buying it in the store. That’s ridiculous. Do better

What’s wrong with you? Leaving out all the expired food out And nobody cares or checks? Gross you should be ashamed of yourselves because you can get someone real sick. Only thing they bother to restock is the alcohol

It's ok when you got to pick up a few things. Selectional is ok, lots of great deals. How ever one just needs to shop the sales and check experration dates.

Some nice and friendly cashiers but others seem to be annoyed and not polite. I still like coming here even though it gets busy and not many cashiers, there should be a 5 item register available though. It’s also close to home.

Not bad but always a 30 minutes wait in line. The cashiers are super slow and don’t care. The management doesn’t either

I love going to the supermarket, I find everything I need and special customer service, the manager is very friendly and it didn't take long at the checkout

Hey, hey its el super you are not at target, or jimbos ok so it's your regular Latino market with hit or miss things!
I love it you can shop and also get some good conchas and food!
You can shop for food, send money, eat there or to go!
The only thing I don't like is they don't have milanesa meat cut other than that everything is 100!

Love having a Mexican supermarket nearby. Great place to grab regular groceries, baked goods, and prepared food. But.man do they need to open a 10 item or less lane. The checkout process is often a pain with too few cashiers and customers that are buying a lot of items.

Every thing in el super is good.
I liked so much.

Large selection of fruit and veg, meat, lots of other produce, the fried chicken served well for 4 people, was juicy and flavorful!

I got horchata, pork and French frys from the deli! Best horchata i have ever had! Thank you for the lovely dinner for My friend & I. Also the security guard "rabbit" who works there us very friendly but definitely keeps out the homeless dope users! Great store will be back!

Update: 03/14/2023 too expensive everything is super expensive thought I was at vons.

Too much waiting in line Express lane closed and each lane had about 10 people in line. I guess that's the price you pay when you buy at bargain prices like this place offers. They recently got new shopping carts which is great the ood ones sucks. Everyone and they mommas coming to the hood now to buy their food at these discount prices.

They don't answer the phone. I have been calling them for 1 hour to ask if there is a manta ray and they don't answer and once they answered the phone but they just left it aside, no one spoke.

Things are cheap
But the staff service is bad.
Besides, there are never more than two people charging
