Even during a pandemic El Super maintains social distancing no long lines and friendly staff. In other words muy Bueno. Gracias
A wide and great selections of goods in El Super. Fresh meats and vegetables. I am really amazed with the service since a lot of people are saying that the staff here are rude. With my experience I did not find them rude rather they are really friendly. Maybe it depends on how you talk with them. We all know there are a lot of demanding customers that think they are superior with the customer service. They forgot that they are also human like them. Hope we start treating each other well really soon.
It was 8: 30 no one from the meat department wanted to help. Not the girl with the chola eyebrows, or the guy with blonde hair. 10 minutes later one of the employees (male) took our orders. Needless to say I could hear them.
I like super good prices good customers service items in grocery always in stock but I can't give it a good review because of produce is empty

Sadly waited for 40 minutes for one of 2 deli ladies to assist while being advised by one of them that she was donating time to co worker so she could not help

Horrible service, they didn't have products that were on the weekly ad and the lines are long and slow. The meat department smells awful, just asking for food poison. The produce are bad, nothing fresh. I stopped coming here years ago, but went back for a few specific things and came out mad. No wonder I stopped going there. When you're in line people keep squeezing themselves through or go through with stuff or even with their carts. Horrible!
Couse they trate me, superfabulous!

When I was living around there this is one of my favorite market （The other one is Superior nearby XDDDD）. The best price of almost everything, the fresh fruits and vegetables are the most attractive parts to me. Though I am Asian, I can buy all my daily use there. Now I have moved away but I still come back to buy food supply.
Every time I go in the store thinking I’m buying something for a certain amount; since that’s what the labels say, they end up charging me for more when I’m about to pay or they tell me I have to buy 2 for that amount. When they don’t have it in the labels or they are really small and people can’t read it! Please put the right price on your labels!
They have really good sales. Wednesdays is fruits and vegetables and overall you can get some deals that are with the trip.
Good produce, meat and fast service. I usually don't shop at Eleven Super, but I like this store. I am coming back.
