El Super #57 reviews
16Be careful, yesterday I bought the packaged panela and it came out super bitter, it ruined my recipe that I prepared.
Went in here and as soon as they opened and unfortunately only one cashier available and so early with an attitude, because I asked to get another cashier because it was getting long that line and on top of that most of the items under housewares are not priced correctly so how am I suppose to decide if I want it or not, they must be marked and placed properly, I didn’t see the manager emi to speak on this matter because when I asked the cashier older lady she said there’s no one here in about 15 minutes more like seriously this is a place of business that should be prepared & ready for service, El super must retrain there employees and give them an incentive, because minimum wage doesn’t cut it anymore. (y’all make millions upon millions of dollars.respect your employees and train them well. I like going to the hispanic grocery stores but sadly customer service hasn’t seem to be one of a priority. Northgate seems to be a much less of a headache.
Keep your prices I like them they should give their workers an extra bonus many look exhausted
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCED STORE ITS HORRIBLE STARING WITH THE CASHIERS AND THE MANAGEMENT THE MEAT IS HORRIBLE AND THEY ACTUALLY SELL BAD MEAT, OLD VEGETABLES, EXPIRED PRODUCTS, AND THEY ALWAY RUN OUT OF BAGS AND THEY DONT TELL CUSTOMERS OR PUT UP A SIGN WICH IS MANDATORY BY LAW. PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE SAVED YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE LIKE FOOD 4 LESS, CARDENAS, SPROUTS, WHOLE FOODS BUT NOT THIS PLACED.
We to the butcher counter got my ticket the lady assumed I didn't speak Spanish keep calling people over me so I complained to the manager she did very little but I flat out cought her there's a lot of racesist Mexican people working here regardless of what they say if your black or white u go in here they follow u won't help u ignore pretend they don't speak English watch out unsafe for other race of people to shop here
The vegetables are usually old when you go to order meat, there are many employees packing and cutting but only one or two helping customers, the wait for you to be served is almost 20 minutes or more, the same when you go to pay. That is every day. Today I went to buy meat and a employee was upset because I repeated twice how much meat I wanted, they are defensive, and they answer you badly.
In the butcher shop they don't spend their time talking. That's why there are always 40 people waiting.
All they do is talk. 40+ numbers in that for meat. Then the workers seem like they all hate being there.
Great price for drum sticks, and bananas. 39 cents a Lb. Lets go, only thing I disliked is the people outside waiting for you when you pull up or when your leaving and trying to sell you food in the parking lot.
Long lines but good service the kitchen food looks a little old and had seen lady’s complaining over it the agua frescas are lit
Good prices for food i got lots of fruit here for pretty cheap, and the bakery is soooo good. The lines at the checkout are kind of long but I dont see any issue with it.
Very good prices with the same variety of those of your competition with the difference that you save more money and you also find many more better prices without waiting for the offers, the truth is much better than the competition
Love it I like the bread and the quality of the vegetables the prices are great for someone on a budget
The fruits and vegetables are ok. Meat department have long waits & only two employees assisting
Service is most the time very good, the fruits, vegetables and also like the Pan de Dulce (Mex. Sweet bread) are all pretty fresh, only which they had more mixed variety of it; that's why l gave it a 4 Star rating. Good job working Gente!
I hate it that when I go buy a cake here (they are good) that I have to pay for it at the registers. There are always like two lines open, and the lines are huge. I don't understand why I can't pay it there where you get the cake or where they sell the hot food.
It always takes me longer queuing to pay I want to know why they have so many cashiers but 2 or one always work and the one with 10 things every time boy I got angry I realized that the cashiers waste time outside fighting with people who sell things outside Instead of working inside, I think that the people who are selling outside do not hurt anyone, on the contrary, they attract more customers.
