Rosa was our waiter today She was amazing with her great service and the food was so delicious. I will come back for sure

Decided to stop here for appetizers / happy hour. We really enjoyed the food’ and the Mojito was absolutely the best I’ve had!
Our Server was Super - honestly so refreshing having an attentive and knowledgeable and genuinely kind person.
So shout out to Danitca. She’s a great server

Apologies for the rant, but we have been sitting here for the last 57 minutes and our waiter, who has not even checked In, has come by to offer
Us any more chips and salsa, nor refills. Really bad service. The food was good but I will defiantly NOT come back here! EL Torito, you really need to train your staff to take care of your paying costumers much better. If your restaurant is busy, at least keep us informed or bring more chips.

Amazing food, amazing service! After a long day hiking around Big Sur this was the perfect restaurant for a feel good feed. Our host Danita was so lovely. Thank you!

Lucero was amazing. Very helpful and instructive. Table side manner was professional and very confident. If you come here pray you get her as a waitress.

Great service but food was not very good not a lot of flavor. Lots of variety but wouldn’t return for the price

First time having Sunday brunch with bottomless mimosas here and it was amazing. The staff was wonderful and we’re completely on point. Definitely will be coming back again. Such a great atmosphere and view of the ocean. Love Monterey

Cres was an excellent server! He was kind, courteous, friendly, and helpful. He took the time to get to know us and made our visit memorable. We will definitely be back and ask for him! The food was amazing, and the view was spectacular!

Our server Mike, was very attentive and nice! He gave us a friendly welcome and took care of our large group!

Waited almost 2.5 hours for a table on a weekend after getting told “just 20 more minutes” a couple of times. Server was VERY rushed and complained a few times of how management isn’t helping. Food was bland, definitely not worth the wait. When we got one order wrong, the sever tried to tell us “oh you changed your mind I guess? ”
Don’t even get me started on the bathrooms. They were AWFUL.
Avoid this place.

Worst services. Sitting 75 mins with no food and was told to wait another 30-45 mins or whenever. Their response on having customers wait 2 hours with no food is: Oh we can not control the chef’s schedule. Kitchen is just busy! In about 90 mins later still no food. The restaurant owner came and said - oh would you like to leave first since there will be longer. Absolutely ridiculous!

Plates are dirty with oil stains. Drinks and chip which are the only thing we got for 75 mins and likely another hour taste like from weeks ago.

Very nice I've come here before but today was the best experience I've had. Food was good, portions are big and the drinks arw amazing.
