7Terrible service, they made me stand outside waiting when I was sick for over an hour. The nurse took another 30 minutes to come out and she even gave me a shot outside. What kind of service is this
I have been at El Toro Medical Clinic once a year for regular checkups for the past 6 years.

The worst experience, I had a very strong stomach pain and they did not want to attend me, apparently they no longer give physical consultations, the very rude receptionist only said to take taylenol they denied me the service
Very bad clinic, they say they open 8 am and there is no one to open.they treat you rudely, they do not care about patients and they treat you as if they treated you for free.
Staffs are not friendly, they are not accommodating. They have frown face when talking to the clients.
The staff is well educated in their respective job descriptions. Medical assistants (MA) kept myself, as well as other patients informed what to expect. The clinic was well maintained and clean. When I saw the physician assistant (PA), she was very attentive and knowledgeable to my underlying-condition. She answered any questions that I had, as well as made sure that I understood. When I left the PA’s office, the MA made my follow up appointment. The MA also asked me if I had any other questions or concerns. Very professional medical clinic.
