El Vaquero, Arnold CA

Been going to this little Mexican restaurant for a decade and has always been excellent! Highly recommended!

El vaquero is an excellent location to eat. The service is excellent. The food is exquisite and delicious. The proportions are just right. I enjoyed eating here. I highly recommend it. Don't take my word for it, go check it out and try for yourself. Gracias to the El vaquero staff, keep up the amazing work y hasta la proxima. This is authentic Mexican cuisine.

The food was good, the fajitas were well seasoned and everything else we ordered was very good too, like enchiladas, tamales and chile relleno. They have homemade flan that we liked very much too, and horchata. Only the churros we did not like.they have a red filling with a very artificial and empowering tasteless. They take a bit long to prepare the food, but it's worth the wait. Eating outside in the patio was a good family experience.

Had a smothered Veggie Burrito. The atmosphere was comfortable, the air clean, and trees beautiful.

Last Mexican food before going into the park. First Mexican coming out. A great choice which ever way you are going!

Nice Mexican food in a mountain community. 4 different dinners in our party, and all were good.

Way better than you would think. I wouldn't exactly call Arnold spoiled for choice in food options, so they're very lucky they have a place like this.

Business was pretty slow when I was there. Was served quickly and the food was really good at a reasonable price. Get the enchiladas. Portion could have been a bit bigger but otherwise I was pleased.

The food and drinks are delicious and plentiful. Sit on the patio and enjoy the mountain air.

If you're in the neighborhood, you'd be insane not to visit El Vaquero. Great food, awesome people! Try Bob' s special!

Absolutely some of the best Mexican food. The chips were tasty! The chicken enchiladas and the tamales were delicious. I can't wait to go back!
