Office management keeps changing, power outages in building always a problem, very old building, hallways smells like trash (just walk through building to see) and much more.

My experience there my first two years when Ivy was manager was great. She always worked with me with a smile. The apartments are old. It seems like all they do is repaint super thick so the paint on the walls and doors just peel off. Super hot in summer and freezing in winter. They have these big balcony's that you can't put anything out otherwise you get written up. The last part of the year I was there I got extremely ill with blood clots spent a month and half in hospital, lost my income couldn't walk there are no ramps there. Just stairs. Never in my life have I seen such a thing. I was literally stuck in the apartment for 3 months because I couldn't walk up or down the steps. No one seemed to care since they evicted me even though I can barley walk. I forgot to mention the bathrooms. No circulation at all my bathroom was becoming moldy as well as under my kitchen sink. No storage room for anything
