2My favorite apartment I have ever lived in! I live in a studio and was so surprised at how big it is and all the natural light! I love this place:) The location is amazing, one block away from the ocean, and close to downtown OB but yet you don't hear the noise. Love the amenities, especially the pool & covered parking, total game changer! The property management staff has been so helpful with all my inquiries or if I need any help at all - especially Mary Kathryn! They do an incredible job of keeping the place in great shape. So grateful to call this place home!
Total con job. Take your app deposit. Run you through hoops of financial checks. Then give it to someone else anyway. Seriously took a week for all their infinite requirements, then IN THE SAME APPROVAL message I’m told they gave it to someone else. Total waste of time. Sign up with someone else.
