The lady who answers the phone - OLGA - has absolutely no bedside manners or is either a racist or both. Completely unprofessional and I’m in complete disbelief this is the representative answering the phone to a mental health facility.

The most unprofessional psychiatrist I’ve ever had the misfortune of seeing. She did her filing during my first session with her; she forgot appointments; she suggested calling me for phone appointments and then didn’t call - even after I checked in.
