Electric step has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Really helped me find what I needed. I highly recommend talking to them. I needed a new motor and they helped source an alternate as mine was out of stock. The replacement fit and operates perfectly!

Ordered a replacement idler bracket for my RAM 2500. Called Tech support for the Part number and ordered the same. Part arrived in about 5 weeks and it was the incorrect part number that they shipped. Didn't want to wait an additional 5 weeks called Electric step and informed them that I was purchasing new part from ebay for same price. I asked them to cancel my order and not ship any more parts. Tried numerous times to contact them and left contact information for call back but never received a return call. They shipped a new replacement bracket which I cannot get them to call me to discuss where you want me to return your parts?
Parts are slow to respond. Very expensive, and a very poor system of customer service. I expected more for $1700.00 plus.

UPDATE: Have received a refund and have returned all parts. It takes a while but in the end they try to do the right thing. I'm satisfied how it worked out. My wife loves the steps, she no longer has to vault into my truck.

I had an issue with the motor of my Amp Research step. I checked around and no one was able to get me the part asap. The guys at Electric Step took my call, sent me the link, via text, of the exact part I needed and I was able to make the order in just a few minutes. They even were kind enough to give me a suggestion on what silicone to use to maintain my steps. Great service!

The part I ordered was on backorder for a couple of months, but when the part came in it was shipped immediately. A+, great business, and they responded quickly when I would email about when the part would arrive.

I bought the bed step. Very convenient product, but has some design issues. The mounting bolts and holes and structure on the pad should be bigger. I was skeptical, and the pad broke after about 3-4 years.

Customer service was good but they partially shipped my order and I got 3 of the 4 items within the first week and the last item took over 30 days to Receive it.

Nothing Negative! I Love my ElectricStep! It stop working until I got the right part, ended up being the gear clutch! So happy it is back working! Thanks for everyone's Help

I don't understand the good reviews at all. They double charged my card then canceled my order. Days later a guy called claiming to fix it. Literally nothing has been done. Will never use amp products or these guys again. Going thru their bad reviews it seems they use the same excuse. Its always ups. The reason why they don't answer or respond to voice mails is because a car took out a transformer. They're working remotely. Lol what a joke

My AMP steps were cycling up and down like wack-a-mole with no specific cause other than when I pressed against this OBD plug, the cycle changed. This was a easy replacement and solved my intermittent step operation. My passengers and myself can now easily load up in my lifted F350! Thank you.

Ray was a great help on the phone. My original package got returned to sender because of my own error when filling out the shipping address. Ray was able to sort it all out and get my package back in transit going to the right place!
