Electrify America Charging Station

Love the company, unlike some others, Electrify America is very fair and even offers complimentary sessions at certain times during the day. That said, I'm rating this one 1 star because it only has one CHAdeMO port and more often than not, someone who doesn't even use that part ends up hogging the machine and insists they must charge to 100%. These machines also tend to be down a lot, seems like something happens where they end up rebooting and won't load out of the boot screen, requiring a call to their support team (who is great btw!)

So yeah, if you can use the ultra fast CCS ports then you'll probably be fine here. If you have a car that uses the blue CHAdeMO connection then you'll have to deal with frustrating situations and even more frustrating people. But those of us blue port users are well accustomed to this.

This place is a joke. Always broken and customer service always says “sorry”. They don’t know anything either. You call and pray to God that you get a smart person to help. This company is a joke with trash chargers that constantly break down.

At least one station is always broken. The rest perform poorly. Lucky if you get charge at 50kW.

All stations were closed as a maintenance guy was working on them. They need to put this repair work on the app. I drove out of my way to go here only to find them closed. Unsatisfied! Fix it EA!

These chargers at BofA Rancho Bernardo are super busy and almost always broken. Best to go elsewhere if you can.

Inconsistent. Sometimes, only ONE of the FOUR chargers are working. Getting busier, and that's just not good enough.

Charger wouldn't release and ended up stuck until tech support could reboot the system.

Shockingly this is a very busy location. And one of the stations does not work. Fix It please

It's nice alternative to slower charging for non-Tesla vehicles. Pretty accurate and reasonably priced.
