The owners the lady and the husband are so rude they have absolutely no customer service they rush you on your nails to the point your nails bleed they dont care at all about there customers. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

I did read reviews prior and was not going to go to them but a Neigbor said they were not bad. So because it convenient to charge my ev there i went ahead and gave them shot at gell mani pedi with French style nails some natural but with gel, ie no added tips. It was $102 as i gave her a nice 20% tip. Her name was Sao. She seemed nice but i noticed they seem to do things a little shortcut like. Instead of soaking and chipping off my old toe nail Gell they used the electric filer to remove which is less healthy for nails. The toes are not bad but the finger nails are a huge disappointment. I think it was rushed with not enough drying time between sets and not proper prep on my nails. Thus they were already starting to chip on day two. I couldn't get there till day three for a correction. It was not the same gal, could not see her there; but this other lady fixed the one chip in like two seconds really rushing the drying. Well by next day it was washed off, what ever she did. So i called to complain next day and they say come down and we fix. I said i don't have time to come down every day to get it fixed. He could offer nothing (the man on the phone) i asked who the owner was and he hung up on me! I'm looking at all my nails, now it's a total of 4 days since done and they're starting to look pretty bad with many chips. Gell should last two or three weeks! I want it fixed but i don't trust them to do it again. What i really want is my money back for the nails. The toes i can live with, but the nails are a rip off. And btw nothing fancy about their pedicure; they have to lug hot water from some sink to pour into the chair basin and don't have hot water in the chair basin independently. Also the pedi was the bare minimum with just a little lotion rubbed on. Then be ware, they don't have an active website to confirm pricing. It takes you too Spammy advertising that says you have a virus trying to sell anti virus thing. One star for lack of attention when i went for repair that came off in one day and for man who would not take care of me on the phone and hung up on me. It's unfortunate the mall has this nail place there with so many bad reviews. They need a better establishment in the place.

Rude mail lady she did everything rushed and was harsh my nails always last me a month when I go to other places I got them done here and only lasted me 2 weeks

They do not know how to do the nails I showed them a picture and it does not look like the nails they did to me she was Rough

Worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I went in with my daughter she was getting a regular manicure and I wanted to remove my dip from my natural nails and get gel. She didn’t do a proper manicure to my daughter and she just started cutting off my nails without asking if I wanted to keep my length. I had to stop her and ask her to sand them down as per usual with a dip nail. She claimed she didn’t have time to do it that way. At this point she had started the process so I was going to continue (even though she was hurting my nails) then another customer came in and she left me with no explanation. At that point I wanted to leave as my natural nails were already ruined and they wanted to charge me $15 for a removal that they didn’t do properly. I’ve gotten dip nails removed many times before and I know the process, but she insisted that forcing them off my nail was how it was done (wrong). $20 for a quick 3 min nail polish for a my daughter and ruining my natural nails.
You might have a better experience with gel sets but definitely do not go to them for dip nail removal.
