Wow Real Lousy Place. Family From Vacaville CA ordered a Mothers Day Flowers arrangement to be Delivered on Mothers Day which was 9 Days After. I myself placed an order for a 12 stem rose flower arrangement for wife's birthday and got shortchange only the 8 long stem rose's and the delivery was super late at night. I will Buy elsewhere for now on.

Kind of rude with customer service. Called to check on the status of my order and they just told me it would get there wouldn't schedule to get there but I did not have an ETA. The fly but the flowers arrived at 8 PM on Mother's Day

I ordered Mothers Day Flowers on Thursday. Specifically asked for white and Lavender or Purple Roses arrangement. Paid $140 for delivery but decided to pick them up Saturday instead I told them that right after paying which included delivery. That's fine but I would think the arrangement would have at least been what I ordered. Instead it seriously fell short of reasonable expectations. What I ended up getting Saturday was Yellow and Lavender that were opened and probably aren't going to make it through Mother's Day. My wife can't stand yellow roses I'm very disappointed and now I'm donating this to someone else. And I'm back to square one. Mothers Day in tomorrow. I can not and will never recommend Elegante Petals

Stopped in to send my aunt some flowers, they were able to arrange the flowers and deliver the same day. I was bummed they didn't have sunflowers, her favorite flower but they put together a nice arrangement anyway. Thank you!

I’ve been going here for 6+ years and have always been impressed! I usually go in-person and hand-pick the flowers I want. They even arranged a last-minute delivery on Valentine’s Day! The owner is friendly and personable, and takes time to get to know you. Best flower shop in town!

My mother in law sweetly ordered flowers to be delivered on my birthday. They not only weren't delivered, but after repeated calls to them, I received them 2 days later and it looked nothing like it was supposed to look. The flowers were to be in the shape of a birthday cake and were not. My mother in law was very disappointed in all she went through trying to get them to me, and we talked back and forth with me saying they're still not here over and over. She will never buy from them again, and I'll recommend my friends to not use their services. The first photo is what it should look like, the 2nd photo is what I received. The flowers were dying the following day.

Didnt have what i wanted didnt have 2nd choice either.settled for something but was still charged a whopping 83.00 bummed.

I live 500 miles away and they did am amazing job getting my order correct and the owner her self brought the order by after hours to make sure it got there and even called me to insure me it was there. They went above and beyond my expectations to get the job done. Great place for all your floar needs! Will be using them again!
