Element, Los Angeles CA

Living at Element was such a good decision! The apartment complex is nice, maintenance has always been so fast with our requests if something were to be broken/need fixing, and management is always so nice. Would definitely live here again!

Element is goated! The property is always clean. There's a chipotle, grill, pool, and great hangout areas! What more could you want!

I have friends who lived at Element and they had a great experience. The apartments are beautifully designed, with all the modern amenities you could want. The location is also convenient, very close to campus and the Village.
I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to call home near campus.

Element has been nothing less of great experiences. The amenities are astounding with great encounters. The leasing process was smooth with very helpful leasing agents. Happy to live here:)

Gave me back very little security deposit; when I challenges it, they said they would revisit it and they never got back to me. Currently in the process of suing them in a small claims court.

Solid place. It was really easy to move in. Has everything you need for students housing. Staff is really friendly

I'm not sure if I love Element as much as a HATED last apartment, but staff that can hang on with my Mom for 45 minutes and her 6,000 questions deserves a shout out (Can't remember her name, Carrie? Cameron?). The place is pretty expensive, but seems worth it. Basically brand new. Plus, I just transferred here, so the furniture is a nice.

Its so obvious that the manager is writing these 5 star reviews. After every bad review there is one praising the place. The two that stood out the most is when the parent named the manager and what he did. Then there's this 5 star review naming the manager refuting what the 1 star said. And then the one that said don't bother right after a good review with a few words. Saying the opposite. I have never ever seen a place that has the 1 star and the 5 star be. Neck in neck with each other especially since there is no in between. I write this because i think its shameful. Instead of working on their terrible customer service. They pile on more deceit by writing these fake 5 star reviews. I say stay away if they are willing to go this far to be this deceitful then there is no boundaries with this place ripped off is what you will get.
