Elements Venue & Banquet Center reviews
5This crook over works employees, violates child labor laws and does not pay over time. CROOK
The banquet hall itself is pretty. Do Not. I repeat DO NOT go for Motjers Day banquet. Paid almost 49 dollars a piece to wait in line at buffet for over an hour n service horrible. Not the servers fault its poor management (Manuel). Not enough staff for amount of people. Not to mention the violation of the fire code. It was literally shoulder to shoulder room. No accommodations for disabled. I was told you are assigned a table no no changing! Poor advertising and management is very very RUDE! Did I mention handicap people have to place to roll around in. So many violations to count. Please let some other vendor use this space next year!
Manual did a great job for our company party servicing over 70 people.good food, service, great dj, and bar. Thank you!
If it were only up to food and the beauty of the venue it'd be 5 stars, but the owner chose to put a football game on in the bar area on a huge screen and you could hear the game while our ceremony was going on, then halfway through dinner he gave a 2-3 minute long speech that was essentially an ad for the venue and was talking about personal family struggles. Then, even though we had the venue until 2am, they started cleaning up, stacking chairs, and putting away tables around 9: 30pm. My family and friends then had to scramble to start grabbing and cleaning up before the staff and owner could potentially throw away things we might've wanted to keep. The food was great, the venue was absolutely beautiful, but the owner/manager was rude the day of when it came to these little things. Nothing like watching back videos if you exchanging vows and hearing a football game in the other room. If we wanted to be married in a sports bar, we would have chosen Applebee's. This is a good option for money constraints but I wish it was under different management, or at least this manager learn that people don't want long winded advertising in the middle of a wedding, nor to feel rushed to leave nor to be married to the background of a football game.
Additionally you aren't allowed to cover it take down any of the gaudy cowboys football wall decorations so you don't really get to decorate the whole venue. But if you like sports bar vibes this is your place, i guess.
