Got a haircut here last week and thought everything went well even after waiting 40 min for a simple haircut. My hair looked fine when it was complete so I didn't ask to get a view from the back side since there was a line and we had all been waiting ro quite a while. However, when I got home, I noticed Elena had cut a whole line of hair which was obviously visible and looked pretty bad. Hair grows and I got over it, however Elena's poor judgement to not inform me or offer the haircut for free for messing it up is quite low and shameful.

My first time here. Recently moved from out of state. I the I read the reviews before coming and they were all on point. I finally have found someone I can come to on a regular basis because Elena knew exactly what I needed. She is excellent at her craft and I am happy with my haircut.

The architecture of this store was amazing. All was handled in a professional manner. I stumbled upon this downtown beauty shop and was instantly enthralled by the wide range of makeup and beauty products on display. The staff was extremely pleasant and professional. She helped me choose the right product for my skin type. This is a store where I can return!

My hair was cut and painted beautifully by the beautician, and it was the best cut I've ever had. Others should visit this store because the atmosphere, beauticians, and cosmetics have all been friendly and reliable. In addition, each of my trips to this store was a blast. Thank you sincerely!

I just like how well-curated this store is. All was clearly visible. I came across this beauty shop downtown and was blown away by the variety of beauty items and cosmetics on display. The staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She assisted me in selecting the right skin care product. I'm going to return to this shop!

Elennas and Elena is the best, I always leave with the best haircut at a surprisingly good price. She's fast and excellent at her job I can't be more happy.

All the time and money I spent were all worth it after I saw the result. Good customer service! They offered me coffee, a biscuit, and a brochure while waiting for my hairstylist. It was a good first experience for me.

I had a perm 2 months ago. Elena did a good job and reasonable price. I recommend this place. I gave 5 stars
