Eletea Shoe & Luggage Repair reviews
7The best place to repair suitcases, affordable cost, good work, friendly service, thank you
This place is the best! The owner, michael, is a genuinely good guy who wants to help customers. I went there because my duffel bag ripped open and i had to fly out the following day. He happily fixed it, plus more, same day. Very reasonable price. Will definitely be going back to Michael for any future luggage or shoe repairs!
My luggage wheel broken at the first day of my travel and i went to this store to fix it. Michael very funny and it finish before i move to the other city.
Thank you
I can't help but write a review. I've been holding a Chanel bag with a strap off for nearly a year, then I searched for something and left it, and you repaired it like nothing. I am truly impressed.
I took a pair of height elevator shoes that it’s insole was way too steep to have it pry out. I usually go to a cobbler in Orange County but since I moved to ktown, I googled and chose this shop close to my proximity. The shop owner undeserving of entitlement cobbler was an old balding man. I showed him the shoes and asked if the separation of the insole was doable since it’s glue bonding was unyieldingly solid. He fiddled it and told me he has a special tool to pry out the insole and will be ready a week later.
I get a call from him the very same day evening message left the shoes is ready to pick up. The next day I paid a visit to pick up the shoes and see that the insoles were off alright but to my dismay the insoles and base of shoes were demolished to ruin. It seemed he had just used a regular blunt crowbar cleave separating with manhandled force desecrating insoles, fabrics and shoe bases. The real kicker was he just handed me those pair of disastrous ruined parts dangling of tears shards and strands demanding $35. Are you kidding me? I could have done a cleaner job using crowbars and sharp drivers sitting in my toolbox. I contested and refused to pay him for ruining my brand new shoes. He rebutted he labored sweats working on those shoes as grabbing my shoes and started walking away to the back room. I asked him to at least finish the job glue back tears and shreds. He went back to his work station and few minutes later came back with horrible plaster job wrinkles and uneven. I paid him knowing I will get nowhere with him, walked out unhinged vow to let consumers be aware of this whacked unprofessional half of the craftsman.
Consumers be aware!
Michael did a great job for my winter boots for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Recommend!
