We didn’t have to fly to California for anything. They facilitated the sale and then some! And mind you, most of those things I never imagined anyone would help us with. Like selling remaining furnitures/ items in the house and facilitating a move of a vehicle from California to Texas. Christina took the time to be there during the pick up of a full sized SUV, bought battery for and kept us up to date the entire time.

It felt like a tough time to sell right now but with their ability to renovate the house within the right price, staging and their reliable inspector, there was nothing that they didn’t anticipate and therefore we didn’t expect.

It was almost as stress free as possible with selling a home. They are such a big blessing to us. Their service is impeccable! The best of it all is that, they have the passion and love on what they do. You will feel it with every conversation. Everyone in their team is amazing.

Steve and his group made what we thought was impossible- possible! We live in Texas, but needed to sell our home in Roseville. From the very first meeting, Steve was clear and enthusiastic about the entire process. The home was still furnished and needed lots of TLC. Elevate prepared our less than desirable home for the market. From coordinating the pick up of our SUV with a trucking company for delivery, through the entire inside and out make ready process, to selling all the remaining furniture, and finally selling the home. The Concierge service allowed us to sell our home without ever needing to leave the state. Steve and Elevate have a system that is incredibly functional.
