Its a great, safe and fun way to learn discipline, confidence.physical fitness and how to protect yourself under various cirumstances. Great for all kids and adults. A+

Both of my sons attend Gracie Jiu-jitsu Barstow and they both love it! The coaches are really nice and always treat my children well. Barstow needs people and businesses like this in the community to help our children grow! If we want change in the community we have to support businesses like this one that add value to our city. He’s always talking about the next class and when it will be. He gets so excited knowing that he is in jujitsu. He loves his coaches and the kids that attend his class. My kids love the class. There is no pressure from the instructor or peers. They learn great self defense, and have a healthy work out considering age.

Both of my sons are in taekwondo at Elevated Martial Arts, my oldest began several months earlier and my younger began later. My oldest has always wanted to do martial arts and my younger son cried before his first night of class, when he left he had the biggest smile. Since they have enjoyed each class, they feel motivated, challenged, and a sense of accomplishment each class. I definitely reccomend this studio.
