I’m very happy with the work Eli’s Auto team did for my car! It’s all fixed up and looks as beautiful as it did new. I really appreciated how well Rosie communicated with me and kept me updated throughout the process. They really look out for you. You’re in good hands here.
Overall a good experience, it did take a very long time to get the car repaired, but part of that had to do with the back-and-forth with insurance over the estimate as well as the time needed to order the parts. I will say this: I found that when I followed up frequently via email, they moved things a lot quicker than the first month and a half when I wasn’t checking in as much, so my recommendation is to email or call once a week to ask about progress until your car is ready. Rui specifically handled my claim and he was very professional, kind, and courteous.
I took my car for repairs here as my car was broken into and this was recommended by the dealership. This was back in late Sept. My car is a 2022 model S4 so I understood that it was going to take some time to get the parts, etc. However my issue is with the communication of the staff for updates. I would have to chase them down via phone/e-mail. They would tell me that it would be a couple more weeks (which was actually a couple more months).
I am still waiting on my interior seats, which they told me would take a bit longer (no specific ETA was given). They told me I could get my car back while I waited for those, so I finally received my car back late Nov. They told me they would contact me about the rear interior seats, so I can bring my car back at a later date and install those separately. I have been checking in periodically, but the last I heard back was Jan 4th and now they completely ignore me. My issue is not that the parts take so long because I understand they cannot control that, but it's really the lack of communication and having to repeatedly call or e-mail for updates and the fact that they are completely ignoring me now.
I was unlucky enough to have been in 2 accidents in a short time, leaving the doors on both sides of my car bashed in. All 4 doors needed to be replaced on top of other damage. Unfortunately there was a back order on parts and it took months for my car to be repaired.
This situation was a hassle but Eli’s made it so much easier. They handled everything with insurance including making sure I was covered with a rental the entire time. They gave me consistent updates, letting me know what they’re still waiting on and what they were currently working on. I worked with Rosie and she was so kind, patient and gave genuine customer service. I can’t thank her and Eli’s enough for how they handled this horrible situation. My car looks and feels brand new! I’m so grateful!
The thoroughness, attention to detail was Amazing! Every single person I came in contact went over and above the call of duty. Would recommend 1000% to anyone who requires car repairs.
They take an extraordinarily long time with the repairs, and they are definitely not cheap. But I can say that they are extremely thorough, personable, and have never failed to do a perfect job in the half a dozen or more times that I’ve had repairs done. Their stuff is extremely knowledgeable, and is relentless about perfection. Rosie is a stickler for detail and informs you every step of the way. Thank you Eli’s.
Eli’s was incredible to work with. They were consistent and gave me back my car in better condition than it was before I even bought it. Rosie was amazing in getting back to me and dealing with my insurance company as well.
Eric Brown is such a refreshing delight to engage with and trust to rectify whatever unfortunate situation your vehicle may endure. As a woman, I am most grateful as most of the time auto shops attempt to take advantage of you, which adds insult to injury. However, Eric was beyond welcoming and inner-standing and fair. His kindness and professional service will forever be remembered.

Excellent service, performed in a timely manner. The car was restored to new condition with all new OEM parts. All work was performed to the highest standards and itemized and explained on the final paper work. Will definitely use Eli’s again if I need any bodywork in the future.
Very happy with the work and communication from Eli’s. They made dealing with the insurance company a breeze and did amazing work.
Great service, super professionals. Although it took longer than planned I must mention Eric Brown, who took control, made things happen super fast, sent updates and photos every few days and made sure things will be spot on. Hands down to Eli’s team for a great job!

Managing expectations and customer service is essential to every business and I can appreciate the acknowledgment that this fell short in my case. Nevertheless, Eli’s did a great job on my car and it’s back to normal

Was unfortunately recommended this repair shop by the Audi dealership and decided to take my car here from being rear ended.
Brought my car in once they had parts and was told 3 weeks for repairs. Almost 3 weeks later they are barely letting me know about additional damage.
Slow or no email response from the people working here while I have to chase for an update or even just reply to my questions and I have now been given an additional 4-6 weeks once additional parts come in… assuming parts do not come in for weeks.
While I’m sure the nice reviews are true about the actual work done, the customer service is disappointing and bottom tier.
Bring your car to another shop who has both.
Happy to update should my experience change but at this time I would not recommend Eli’s
I’m very impressed with my overall experience at Eli’s. From initially working with Connie to then with Artem, they were both amazing! Their customer service skills were A+. Eli’s is a dealer driven shop, so they only work with original parts and not aftermarket. Moreover, my car looks like nothing ever happened to it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Have a new etron which after a 5 mph rear end required significant repair. Despite shipping delays they were able to repair in a timely manner and the car looks awesome. Had an issue with one of the sensors after I picked it up and they treated me like a VIP and fixed the minute I brought it in. Would definitely use again.
They took over 2 weeks for a very minor dent, they were slow to return calls. They were courteous and polite when they did call and their work was excellent
Eric and his team did a masterful job with my car and while it took longer than I would have liked, the work they did was first rate! Great communicators and as good an experience you will have through the (potentially) stressful repair process. I would highly recommend them based on work they did.
Had a side swipe fixed on my wife’s Porsche. It took 1 week start to finish. Really happy with the results. Danny helped set everything up and kept me updated throughout the process. 10/10 recommend!
