Dr. Schleuning is a fabulous physician! She spent over 35 minutes with me for an annual visit. She looked at the previous notes to know my past. She listened carefully and asked appropriate questions to gain new information about me. I recommened her highly.

She’s always chronically late. Yesterday she stood me up on a video appointment and then claimed she was late to the videocall and that I had left already. I have proof showing I was still waiting for her: about 1.5 hours. She says she called me. Her office says they called me too. No one ever called me. They claim they called me before the appointment (not true) and, since they couldn’t reach me, ASSUMED I wasn’t going to show up for the video appointment. Really? ! I thought the idea of having an appointment was that the doctor assumes you will show up unless you cancel. The fact that they stood me up and then lied to claim it was my fault is outrageously disrespectful and unprofessional.

Dr. Elizabeth Schleuning is an exceptional MD! I have seen her for possibly 25 years. She’s very knowledgable. She digs deeper to get to the bottom of a problem, get the big picture and understand better the possible cause of and best treatment for the situation. She is a wonderfully kind person. She really listens to you, doesn’t cut you off and gives you the time to address complex problems. I feel very nurtured by her care. She may be running late so you may need to wait a fair amount of time before she starts your visit but that’s because she doesn’t rush through her patient visits. I highly recommend Dr. Schleuning as a Gynecologist! ️️️️️

Dr Elizabeth Schleuning goes the extra mile to determine what is the root cause of any ailment. She moved into fast action in getting me into the best breast cancer surgeon in Oakland, she took consult time to explore months of pelvic ailments with tests and follow up and as a result I am recovered and feeling whole again. She is smart, open to options, super personable and I just trust her medical skills and experience. You would be lucky to have her as your OBGYN!
