Sold a 10k car for 1600 dollars. Like really who does that? Sounds like some type of scam.
Becky, Rodrigo, and Eddy were very helpful, professional, and compassionate to my situation. The only issue I have is the website. I haven’t been able to access in a couple of days.
I have been with Elite for a few years and this was my first time financing a car. They have great service and I have nothing negative to say. Everyone's great there, but there's one person who stands out above the rest and that's Rodrigo! He's always so personable and helpful! He is very accommodating and I am happy to have my car financed through Elite. I would recommend them to everyone.
What I can say is I have had problems with this company but they seem to be trying to make things right. I feel as if it has taken more effort on my side than it should have to be a happy customer but I am still working with them to see if they will resolve my issues and will update this review in the event that all of my issues are resolved.
I must say that Rodrigo Ochoa has been exceptional with his customer service. He is very responsive, friendly, and professional each time we handle business. He's your go to guy for 5 star customer centric service.
I’m not sure why the other reviews are negative but I had the greatest experience with Kelsie, Colleen and Rodrigo. They are just doing their job. We get accepted by a loan company, they call for more information, explain payments and ways to pay, we agree and we are adults enough to make those payments on time. Kelsie was very quick on getting all the answers she needs for her to complete the process. She was very kind and very patient due to my crazy work schedule. Kelsie was at lunch when I called the 2nd time to finish my last round of questions, so Colleen was able to assist me. She was able to get all the answers that was needed and I had a few questions (I am a new car buyer, so all this is very fresh to me) and she was able to
assist on breaking each complicated term and process down to me and made me feel very welcomed. Rodrigo was the one who called me to
confirm payments and gave me all kinds of possible ways to send payments. He explained that the number one thing Elite loves is COMMUNICATION. Without communication, there is nothing. So for new people out there, if you cannot make a payment or in need of help, please communicate to your loan company and they will do their best to be flexible.
