No notice of closed range (for days) right after i buy a firearm from you now i got 4 sad kids.that just spent all morning in firearms class

Love this place and the staff they are always very helpful and nice been here at least 50+ times.

Even before the change of management this range has always been a good experience. Clean, well tended to. And the general service attitude is good.

Good people. Make transactions easy, even in the madness that is buying a firearm in CA. I've dealt with this shop the entire time I've lived in this county. They are my go-to for pretty much everything firearm related. Just had a new one transferred into their store to finalize the transaction. I also love the in house range.

If you go with a group one person has to bring their own guns. Not a problem for those in the know just not a good place to go on a whim with the guys. Service/attitudes was a bit lacking.

Just purchased my first firearm. These guys are awesome! The CA DOJ, not so much.
Luke and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, great communication and enjoy giving firearm information. The CA DOJ are the ones who will make you scream. You make experience unnecessary delays or even a denial when you KNOW you should be good to go. I got approved, but the CA DOJ needs to do better.

Elite has a great variety of firearms and the prices are not bad. Go check these guys out.

Spent three hours there today on my first visit. The retail area is clean, spacious has plenty of items for sale- not just one or two items and then empty shelves. Staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Shot two of their rental firearms which were well-maintained and actually appeared almost brand new. Range was well lit, good air circulation and I didn’t feel like a sardine packed into a tiny can. Spent quite a bit of time with staff member Sean asking him all sorts of questions leading towards my next purchase. They set me up with all the knowledge I need to come back and do more firearms testing before making my purchase.

Knowledgeable staff. Professional and treated us with respect. At no time did they make us feel as if we were out of place to shop here and because of that, we got my fiance's first handgun here.

First time here and I loved the shooting range. Place was very clean and well kept. We arrived at 10am on Saturday and were second in line. When we left after an hour, there was a long wait. Recommend folks to come here first thing in the am. Awesome customer service.

I’ve been in several ranges around the east bay, and this one is the best by far. Even though is busy, you don’t have to wait as much. The place is very clean and neat, spacious and very friendly staff, Shawn was very helpful. I strongly recommend this place

Unsatisfied due to not bring about to rent a out fire arms without bring one in with me. W. T. H. This need to be outline on the home page on mandatory guidelines and rules. My question is what is the purpose of having weapon rentals as an option.

I got here today n was very bad experience. The man helped us was very rude. We payed 260 bucks and I know it is firearms but one of us, didn’t have much knowledge about it. We all were kicked out of range with no explanation and warning. Staff should know that some of us will be having their 1st experience. Not every one is trained or expert. Stop being rude to people there.

Great staff very knowledgeable and easy to approach with questions. Will be going back when its time to make another purchase
