I have had over a year of pain and stiffness on my shoulders, neck and lower back. I was recommended by a friend and requested a 60 minutes Deep Tissue massage from Gloria. After 30 minutes on the table, I already felt such a relief! The stiff pinching and tightness disappeared immediately. Gloria is hands on and apply the right amount of pressure to work into the muscle tissues to release the tension and you feel the tension/pain relief right away! No pain but you felt the the mobility and flexibility is improved a lot! She is a skilled and experienced therapist. I have been going to her a few times now and so did my husband.
