Elite Computers is my go-to source for all my technology needs, especially for my business. Joe, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and is a wonderful resource for all my questions. Elite Computers has serviced my business' needs with 5 pro-grade computers for my employees, as well as troubleshoot any technology issues we may be have. I cannot highly recommend Elite Computers enough as they have earned my business moving forward.

I met Joe the owner of Elite Computers about 6 years ago. My family and I have reached out to Joe, Nathan and Chris on many occasions for all our computer and electronic needs. I have had cell phones repaired and computers upgraded. What particularity impressed me about the store was the honesty of the business. My wife is a teacher and thought she needed a new computer. Instead of selling her a new computer Nathan took a look and told her she just needed some more RAM. Another friend of mine called Joe and asked him about a sale at a local big box retailer. Joe told him it was a good deal, and he could not beat it. That is what I mean about honesty. Unlike many businesses, Joe and his employees care more about the customer’s pocketbook than their own. I am an attorney and can recommend Elite Computers without reservation. I recommend Elite Computers to all my friends and clients.

Elite Computers is fantastic for all of your computer needs. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Elite computers were very welcoming and helpful they got straight to the point and gave us a diagnostic free of charge on my computer. I recommended getting help from them with any electronics as they are trustful.

As someone that has no idea about computers I was a bit intimidated and overwhelmed when my computer tanked. I brought it into them and they looked it over and called me the next day to inform me it had some extensive damage and best to call it a loss. However they took what parts could be salvaged and built a new computer for me in a price point I was comfortable with. Like I said I have no idea about computers though they explained everything to me in a very patient manner. It was such a good experience and their customer service is top notch. I will always come to them from now on for my computer repairs and future computer builds.

I took in my desktop to get looked at for my fans. They were able to assist and find the issues. I decided to fix it myself. Since I knew how to do that portion, but Their expertise was able to find the issue and I was able to fix the mistake. Thank you!

On February 15, I called Elite Computers and described my issue with my 2013 iMac (screen non-functional). Joe, who took my call, was very kind and patient as he answered my questions and reassured me that he and the Elite Computers team would take a look at it. I brought in my computer that evening and Joe was there to go over the computer carefully and process the work order. I appreciated the preliminary diagnosis and solutions that Joe had about my computer (possible video card issue) and was clear and honest that if it were the video card that it would be an expensive fix.

The next day, I received a call from Joe that unfortunately, my screen issue was not related to the video card-the screen was damaged due to someone possibly having hit it. Again, I appreciated the honesty from Joe that repairing the screen was not worth the cost, as my iMac was already old. I mentioned to Joe that I had a second Apple monitor at home, and if it would be possible to somehow connect it to the iMac and I could use that monitor as a back-up. Joe was again very patient and willing to have me bring in my second monitor and said they would give it a try.

That evening, Joe and Elite's store manager, Nathan, spent time with me and my husband trying to figure out a way to get my back-up monitor to work after being connected to my iMac. This was a tedious task, since my iMac screen wasn't working properly and it was hard to make out anything legible on the screen. Despite being busy and having to juggle other customers, Nathan still managed to help me work out a way to get my back-up monitor to work. What a relief! I know most other tech places would have just written this job off as a waste of time. Both Nathan and Joe were aware that I was not ready to let this computer go, as I did not want to have to spend thousands of dollars on a new one. So the quality of customer service that was shown to me meant a lot, personally. They did not even charge me for their time, even though I insisted on paying.

Elite Computers is a class act, from the quality of their work to their customer service, both on the phone and in person. I am grateful for Joe and Nathan, for their patience with me and for their professionalism, expertise and honesty. I will be a returning customer for sue, when the need arises. In the meantime, I will highly recommend Elite Computers as the place to go to for any issues or repairs needed for all computers or devices. This is one repair business that you can trust.

Joe is such a gem! I went in thinking my computer was dead and he calmly inspected it and fixed the problem for me with an unmatched patience. He offered different options for me, and never pushed product. Knowledgeable, professional, and very very kind! Very satisfied with my service.

Brought my PC into the store 30 minutes before they closed and was promptly helped. Nathan was a big help and got my PC up and running in about 15 minutes.

Proper social distancing was observed and masks were worn the entire time.
