Called for a bid and they came out and were able to repaire my ac on the spot instead of trying to sell me a new system.

Our A/C went out on Saturday night around 10. Called Elite, who installed our system 5 years ago, expecting a voice mail, and to my surprise Anthony answered the phone and got us scheduled for Sunday AM. Sahil came out, diagnosed a bad capacitor, and got it up and running in about 10 minutes. The unit had a 10 yr parts and 5 yr labor warranty. Of course, the labor warranty ran out a month ago. But, Jason said he'd extend it for a month to cover this repair. If you're considering using another company CALL ELITE!

Prompt, efficiently managed their time and completed the job within their forecasted timeframe. You can't ask for much more than that. This is the 2nd time I've given Elite an installation job and the 2nd time they have performed at a level above our expectations. Yes, I would work with them again in the future. Jason and his team are top notch. I have also found their after sale support and maintenance to be as good as any that I've seen over the course of my experience as a HVAC customer.

The owner and staff are professional and friendly. They were able to install a brand new unit last year in the middle of a heat wave. The staff who came out for the maintenance for winter and summer were nice and explained each part and how well it was running still. There is always comfort and trust with this company. I will always recommend them over the big chains who never have time or cancel constantly last minute.

We had a water condensation issue that needed immediate attention and we had to turn off our air conditioning system in July summer heat. After several calls to different HVAC companies who were not available for over a week, my last call was to Elite and they dispatched a tech within two hours of my call. Alex checked out our system, assessed the problem and scheduled repairs for the next day as it was a two tech project and parts were needed. The techs arrived an hour ahead of schedule and repairs were performed in record time.

Wow, so impressed. The best looking installation I've ever seen. They even used brand new drop clothes in the house where they were walking and repainted and cleaned areas where they worked. Plus the attention to details were amazing. I even noticed they put on certain parts and made them all face a certain way so it was uniform. The are like an HVAC hotel service or like a comfort concierge or something. If you want a hack job don't call them. If you want the best these are your guys! Great team from the office guy Anthony, to the owner Jason and the whole install team. What a great business!

Eric was absolutely incredible! They were able to respond the same day I called. Eric was on time and quickly diagnosed the problems with my AC unit. My AC unit was up and running within an hour. I could not be happier with Elite and especially Eric. Thank you for a great experience!

I was very happy with the service with Elite Heating & Air Conditioning. My AC stopped working on the hottest holiday weekend and I was able to make an appointment on Sunday morning. Christian showed up on time and was able to replace the part needed and my AC was up and running in time for the 107 heat later that day. They charged extra for the weekend rate but it was worth it, huge relief, thank you!

I was surprised that Elite picked up the phone at 6: 30 in the morning. I figured I would leave a message and keep dialing other repair places. Very friendly and very transparent about repairs, charges, etc. I highly recommend Elite.

I called on a Saturday, not expecting to hear from anybody until Monday. I got a call within 2 hours. We were able to schedule an appointment for Monday and they were on time and problem was solved. Every time I have needed them they have been EXCELLENT!

Had the unfortunate experience of replacing my 19 year old heating & AC unit. Called 10 companies for evaluation of my system and quotes. Quotes went from $14,000 to $25,000. Elite wasn’t the lowest or the highest but right in the middle. The lowest price companies were just down right rude and untrustworthy. Christian from Elite was awesome. Right on time, extremely polite and clearly knowledgeable. The crew arrived and were just as polite and worked together giving me comfort in they knew what they were doing and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. Alex the assigned tech showed up between the time scheduled and proceeded to diagnose the issue with my A/C. He completed the neccessary repair in less than an hour. It is working so far just hoping it would last until the end of the summer months.

The owner of Elite completed the service call and answered all of my questions and replaces a capacitor in the compressor unit. Very happy with professional service.

These guys are amazing! They are punctual, efficient, clean and very easy to work with. They replaced my water heater, electric panel and my HVAC packaged unit. I am more than happy and satisfied with their services. Jason was highly knowledgeable and knows the industry very well. Christian went above and beyond to remove old and unnecessary wires from the exterior of my home to help me clean up the aesthetic. Alex and Sahil were very professional and are trained well at what they do, I was grateful that they were a part of the whole project. A/C maintenance was done then way it should be done. Tech explained what was done and said everything was in good shape. I was very pleased with the work.
