We worked with Adhemar C.and David H.who were absolutely professional, highly responsive, and skillful. They also patiently walked us through every step and options of what was happening in our project, where they needed to replaced the collapsed sewage clay pipes, which were also disconnected from the sewage line; and reconnected the new one back. It was a complicated affair, and they dealt with every step of it with thorough analysis, using top grade heavy duty equipments. They made major repairs within a short period of time and got the sewage line back up and running.

They took care of the water leaks underneath the house, where it was hugely flooded (disposed all the water), replaced the damaged sunken sump pump with a higher grade one, and placed it in a better location, inspected area for hazard, and routed any ground water from the sump pump directly into the sewage line instead of the front lawn like it did before.

From underneath the house they also did a full lateral /vertical pipe inspection to make sure there aren’t any damaged or leaky pipes, and repaired the ones that needed it.

The home had other issues that pertained to the interior structure of the home and they were quick to refer us to a set of reputable companies that helped us handle all of those logistics quickly, without me having to be involved with explaining the logistics, which was tremendously helpful.

I am impressed by their white glove service and felt assured that everything was done right. They recorded every part of what they did in details, in a report, where it also included many pictures and videos taken during the various stages of the processes to document what was done. The photos and videos were helpful in revealing just how much was accomplished and the high level they operated in, using the best equipments available. We are thankful to have chosen them to handle this massive project.

My wife called since we were having some issues at our home and the first plumbing company that came out was way over priced. By the time Christian arrived I was home and we were fascinated with the punctuality, how he figured out the issue, explained it to us and how he guided us through every single step he was going to take in order to fix it. He did it in a timely manner, being really clean and professional in every aspect. Also have to mention he gave us a great price compared to the first plumber that had come out. Hands down would call him back on a heart beat (these man deserves a race) Thanks a lot Christian.

Elite Rooter completed a whole main line sewer replacement. They were very professional, explained in very good detail of the work and options, did not pressure me into doing any particular work, and laid out the possibilities. The costs and work was very transparent and competitive as I checked multiple plumbers. They answered all my questions and others that I didn't think of initially. I will use them in the future.

I was very pleased with Elite Rooter. Our issue started with an overflow shower. Based on reviews and discussions with several plumbing companies, I selected Elite. My appointment was set for next day with Adhemar. He was on time and very professional. After I told Adhemar that every now and then we have this same issue with our toilet, shower and/or kitchen sink, he took it a step further to try and identify root cause. He went under our house (crawl space) to check out the drainage system.

Joze, the manager, came to look at the drain as well. They shared a video and pictures of the drainage under our house, and informed us that we needed to replace the entire drainage system. I appreciated that they educated us on how the drainage system works.

Although I had trust in Adhemar and Joze recommendations, I needed to get a second opinion. We asked a family friend who owns a plumbing business (30 years) come out and do his own analysis. He confirmed the drainage system needed to be replaced. Due to a very tight crawl space for the work that needed to be done, it would be a very difficult job that he did not want to take on the work. He also shared that he even would not be able to beat Elite’s price.

We moved forward with Elite. Adhemar and his team came out to do the job. It took 3 days to compete the job. Each day, the team was on-time, Adhemar was always on-site overseeing the job. Every now and then Joze would check-in to ensure everything was in place.

When the job was completed, Joze did a final inspection and walk-through with us. He also took pictures and videos of the work completed under our house.

Amazing work completed! Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

I will definitely use them for any future plumbing and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Had them go out to fix hot water tank at rental property of ours. Turns out, the tenant had somehow put out the pilot light and there was nothing wrong with the unit itself. I would have gladly paid for their service call and just showing the tenant how to relight the water tank but they refused to take my money. It's rare to find an honest company and even more rare to have them come out to provide a free service and do it with a smile. The technician was really nice and the tenants really appreciated it. I will use them again for any and all plumbing related repairs to my house and any of our rentals in the Bay area

They came on time, took care of the kitchen sink blockage issues. They had $69 promotional deal. Friendly professional people. I will go with them again.

I worked with Adhmer, he was super Knowledgeable, professional and he helped me get a price approval through my insurance. He also fixed the 15 foot rusted pipe and everything is working perfectly now I highly recommend elite router I would definitely call them again hoping I don’t have to.

Very professional, courteous, and helpful showing and explaining what the issues were. Fixed the issue and was the lowest cost by far (compared with 4-5 other plumbing companies). They went above and beyond to keep under the sink super clean, and even scrubbed the inside of the sink sparkling before they left, wow! These guys worked super hard, and great price, would definitely recommend.

Pablo is amazing - he helped me run a snake, use a camera to show me where the problem of my waste pipe is, and gave me a great discount on the pricing. He also explained patiently to me that the pipe needs a replacement, and pros and cons of the options I have. I greatly appreciate Pablo's professional service, and will definitely reach out to work with Pablo again in the future.

Work was done efficiently and professionally and everyone who visited our home and talked on the phone was great. Only negative was our insurance required an itemized bill and we were in communication with Elite about this from the beginning. They were very slow to provide it and kept calling and I kept telling them we couldn’t pay until we had the itemized bill. Finally received it and paid immediately - the next day, we received a collections notice. I was furious they had sent the bill to collections when the delay in payment was their fault and they never notified us that would be occurring.

Awful in the past they were good now I schedule a appointment for simple drain they said they couldn’t they wanted me to spend 2,400 beware and I have proof I called another company and they fixed it

Julio was great from start to finish. Explained all of the process and options from start to finish.

Julio was the technician that came out to install a water pressure regulator. He was able to work with my schedule, showed up on time, and finished the job. Making appointment with them was very easy and they tried their best to accommodate our availability, and they kept us informed that the technician was on his way. Our water heater strap was worn off, and it needed to be replaced, the technician gave me a quote which was reasonable, and he got the work done in 45 mins. I will definitely use them again next time.
