Steve was awesome! He cleared out of 2 drains (1 of which had a pipe that broke off and mildly flooded our kitchen), which took about an hour and a half. I call that efficient! He was kind, extremely respectful (wore booties in the house!) and even left me a tool to clean my own drain with ease. Thanks Steve and ER team!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN INVOICE AND A SCOPE OF EORK COST ESTMATE.

YOUR PROJECT MANAGER (ROBERT) WHO CAME TO PROVIDECA CAMERA INSPECTION PROMISED TO GIVE ME A VERBAL SCOPE OF WORK AND A TOUGH COST ESTIMATE TO REPLACE OUR SEWER LINE. HE PROMISED ME TO EMAIL THAT THE EVENING OF THE SAME DAY OR THE DAY AFTER THE JET BLASTING THE SEWER LINE. I DID NOT RECEIVE IT

I CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASKING FOR THE SCOPE OF WORK AND COST ESTIMATE 3 TIMES, THEY KEEP SENDING ME THE INVOICE OF THE WORK THAT WAS COMPLTED. I CALLED 3 TIMES ASKING FOR THE COST ESTIMATE. TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVE IT. AND I WILL NOT CALL AGAIN TO ASK FOR IT.

THE WORK COST EDTIMATE WAS GOING TO BE OVER $25k ACCORDING TO ROBERT, YOUR PROJECT MANAGER.

So thankful for Elite Rooter! Besides having a badly clogged sink which they resolved, I had dropped a small necklace charm down the drain, my worse nightmare. They were able to retrieve it and fixed the clog. They were so quick and had an appointment for the same day! Beyond thankful and the plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable.
